I get those out of nowhere spurts of anxiety every now and then. It helps to turn your energy to something else really quick before you let your mind start racing.
You made me laugh today for the first time in almost a week. ( I lost my father on the 7th of december 2023 , we are in the middle of appointments for the funeral friday.) But you showing that thing that said " Libra " and then you said " i dont know if you know this about me but i am Libra " then hitting your toe to a kitchen - cabin door . Made me laugh so hard , and i said, " Hell yes, you are a Libra just like my son 😂😂 Thank you for making me smile in this horroble moment of time for me. God, i love you.

I loved the tour of the lights down the street. My dad and I use to drive and see lights but we’ve not done it in years ! I am such a child when it comes to seeing lights, I LOVE it❤

Your vlogs are the highlight of everyday for me at the moment. I’m currently in hospital with meningitis and sepsis meaning I’m at risk of missing my 10 month olds first Christmas😩 thank you for bringing a little bit of light to my day ❤
I live near that road, and it’s not as good as it used to be years ago, but if you go down it Christmas Eve, father Christmas is there and people dressed up in Disney costumes collect for charities which is cute. 🥰 love your vlogmas Mark and love you 🥰 ❤

Hi mark.When our boys were little we use to get in car and go all round the roads looking at all the lights and decs on houses.Also Fri just gone anxiety hit me out of know where most strangest thing so I know how you feel.You are doing so well and I enjoy every second watching you.x
The anxiety was probably a dopamine crash after the night before! I used to go on lots of nights out and always felt the same the following afternoon when all the alcohol had finally left my system. Coffee really doesn't help with anxiety either so try to avoid that. Hope this helps.
I feel the anxiety thing! I feel like this holiday season I’ve had a ton more anxiety than I normally do. Not quite sure why but anxiety is a crazy funny thing sometimes

It’s actually very normal to get anxiety after drinking❤ the brains chemicals are always in search of balance, so when you go out drinking and spend alot of the brains storage units of dopamine and serotonin the. And the next day the brain thinks it has spent way too much of those chemicals, so as a way to find balance it holds back on the chemicals that prevent anxiety when we are tired😬 weird how the body works Lot’s of love❤️xx

I personally find when I’ve been drinking the day before my anxiety the next day is terrible. I always have to remind myself it will pass and everything is fine. I also take Sertraline and now I do opt for alcohol free drinks xxx
I think perhaps you bounded into your morning a little too quick.You had such a good night and unfortunately you didn’t give yourself time to come back to reality. Just breathe , drink some juice and sit. You certainly are a firecracker lol 🤗
I know this is random but I know you love mental health stuff. I've found a Tamagotchi kind of app for mental health, so you play and tick off things at the same time, I've had it for a few days and it's actually been the only thing to help me app wise ngl. And you can add friends it's so cute!
