Your heat is set too high. CC is too dense and too much smoke. Cut the heat back and cc will be more fluffy and you will make more candy with the same amount of sugar. I have been making cc for 35 years and would be glad to give you some instructions.

But that one is going to be a pricier one...probably around $2000. These girls are wasting alot of product and not being careful around the leathers...I wonder how many plastic shavings are in their candy...you can hear the leathers hitting the plastic jug they're using to fill the machine. Gross and amateurish...
I just use a small table. Anything sturdy will work. About a foot and a half off the ground is ideal because of the height of the machine and bowl...keeps you from getting candy in your armpits😆
@@Pmosss it really doesn't matter. As long as you twist them up real tight...but I live in Michigan and our summers are super humid so mine only lasts about a day and a half before they get flat looking.
