0:46 you lie! the colosseum didn't have alligators. there are only two species of alligators - the american one, which gets nice and big but would have been unobtanigator for the romans, and the chinese one, which is a lot smaller than most crocodilians, and would have still been very difficult to get. the obvious crocodilian of choice would have been the nile crocodile, which is like the second largest crocodilian and would have probably been the most available since it is very common in much of africa.
I make my own Big Mac sauce. It's not exactly the same, but once you taste it you'd say for sure "close enough!". 60% Mayo, 10% Ketchup, 15% Yellow Mustard, 5% white vinegar, a pinch of powered garlic, salt, pepper and a spoon of sugar.

I've made the exact sauce shown by the head chef of McDonalds. It was perfect. However, your video mentions Turmeric and does not mention paprika. According to that McDonalds chef, he does not mention turmeric, but he does mention paprika. Just an FYI. Great video though!
