Jared no problem bro thanks for watching!! Biotin and a multivitamin is all I have used as far as supplements!! I do add vitamin e oil to some of my products. The thicker balms should hold the fly always down I have used African Shea butter, I also like Artius man balm beard brand balm is also pretty thick. It’s tough because depending on temps and your beard different things work better at different times!! Hope this helped!!
