SEC is my hope for travel, venues, and matchups

I have a great deal of respect for Clemson, our decades long rival, however I worry about their future prospects being a small market school sharing their state with an SEC school. The SEC may not be looking in that direction because they feel they already have that market covered and the B1G and Fox may feel that that market might not be attractive enough. It will be weird if this is the last year we play them. Hope that they find a good home.

Sankey and petiti are selecting universities to be in their conference right now! I guarantee it. Like choosing kids for a pickup game at the playground.

B1G for me. It would be a great move for the conference to move into Florida. That state is full of retirees, snowbirds, and transplants from B1G states, which will translate to additional money for the conference. As much as it hurts me to say, Miami would be a logical choice to go along with FSU to the B1G, which keeps the in-state rivalry & to capture the B1G fans living on the East coast.

I am torn. BIG is better for the University and national matchups with OSU, UM, USC, UO etc…But the regional matchups with UGA, Bama, UT, Texas, OKLA, LSU. That is tough to pass up.

I feel like when everything is said and done Clemson and Miami will get left out of the SEC and B1G which is crazy. It’s a numbers game and I don’t think they will fit. The B12 may become pretty decent with the leftovers imo

Question: If FSU gets out of the ACC, then the ACC falls apart; (like the PAC-12)does FSU have to continue to pay the buyout that would be agreed upon?

Hoping FSU goes to the Big 10. Big 10 will own state of Florida market & recruiting with FSU & Miami !!!! The SEC immediately becomes the weaker conference !!!!!

FSU fans will no longer be “happy either way”. The B1G is the better conference for us in every way, shape, and form. Better academics, hundreds of millions of dollars in additional research funding, a better tv deal, and we get away from the corrupt dumpster fire that is espn. The move to the B1G needs to happen to ensure Florida State’s future success.

Please, FSU is holding up negotiations on the college football playoffs. $90 to $120 million is the buyout.

They must go to SEC. Gators and seminals are the best florida teams. Others are garbage.

Can we get them to leave Florida totally. Do they have a cry baby division. If they can't buy their way out, are they going to hold their breath until we see if anyone cares but them. Aren't those gold Cabbage Patch turnover backpacks full of cash or just dolls. Miami is concentrating on football and when FSU gets respanked at Hard Rock Stadium, ACC or no other division will care about a team that doesn't even show up, but cashes the check.
