We spent our honeymoon in Puebla, Cholula and Atlixco. Loved the video and seeing familiar sites. We went to the Benito Juarez Mercado and came in on the other side. We almost walked right past the entrance. Great video guys!!
What a lovely honeymoon I’m sure that was! We haven’t been to Puebla or Cholula yet, but Atlixco is such a dreamy lovely town to fall in love all over again 🥰
Loved this, you guys. I know we already “talked” about this on IG, but I loved seeing your experience in Atlixco. We año my had an afternoon, so we completely missed the Mercado-definitely need to go back for a longer stay!
As a Salvadorean, I have to admit one thing. Anything & everything that has to do with Mexican culture & especially the food has got to be the best in the world... 🇸🇻❤️🇲🇽... Great video, guys....!
I don’t disagree 😉🇲🇽✨🫶🏻 but that being said, we look forward to visiting your lovely homeland someday. We’ve had pupusas in Chicago but the goal is to have them in El Salvador one day!
I didn't know that The Italian Coffee Company was Mexican. We see them everywhere and never go in. We loved the gardens in Atlixco when we went but the Christmas museum was closed. Cheers from Cuernavaca!

I appreciate your interest in showing and blogging about Atlixco. It's my home town. You guys did a wonderful job on your video. As a suggestion, it will help if you can give an overview of history on the sites that you visited. La plaza del cerro de San Miguel is full with incredible history as well as other sites that you taped. As a native of Atlixco it will make me happier to see that bloggers could make an effort to learn and share about the history of the towns visited. Thank you for sharing!
Hola 👋🏼 I appreciate your suggestion 🫶🏻 we try to include as much history as we can on limited time but will try to do better. Glad you still liked the video 😊
Black American here, born and raised in Saint Louis, Mo but lives in Houston, TX for 12 years. I absolutely love traveling to Mexico and I came across your videos. Great, interesting content. I just subscribed!!!
Thank you so much for the comment and supporting our content! We hope all is well in Houston with you. Feel free to reach out if you plan to come to Mexico
OH my gosh I just came back from a month in Mexico (so so many thanks for your vlogs for the amazing information and food spots!! Those street gorditas in Queretaro, wow!!) and I avoided The Italian Coffee Company the whole time, for the same reason 🤣🤣🤣 Dang, thank you for actually doing the research hahaha also yes ew Starbucks, every time I saw one I was personally offended 😝
Hahaha it’s so funny how we thought the same thing! 😆 well then next time you’re in Mexico you can enjoy that coffee also guilt free 😜 lol And yum.. I miss those street gorditas from Querétaro 😋 glad you got to try them!
nice video guys thx for doing this. just an idea I think if I guys turn the camera to the street and talking showing us the environment instead your face it should be more fun ❤
Just discovered the channel. I’ve never been to Mexico but I’m moving to Arizona soon and can’t WAIT for all the adventures over there!! You two are just so charming and down-to-earth. So beautiful. Keep it up!
Every time we visit Atlixco we eat at the Mercado. I am always laughing inside because the vendors are shouting out the food, they want you to eat and often they are a bit pushy especially when they see me the "gringa" in the group! The food is good through, and I love spending time in the Nursery areas with all of the amazing flowers and Cacti. So many places for photo shoots!!! I have sorta dreamt of moving there at least for the Winter season when the Christmas lights and Celebrations are THE BEST!!! I LOVE THE VOLCANO!! Just not sure If I want to live there longterm... sometimes the Ash is excessive!
@@EatBailaTravel Yes, I speak Spanish, but I can’t read it. To be Honest I spend five Years in Mexicano, the Bad is the laws not being enforced. that is why, I say love to visit, but not live there. Respect Surfer Frank Downey Cal
Hands down, the best Mexico travel videos. Being fluent in Spanish, you interact with the locals more than most. When traveling, I prefer to avoid Gringos, expats, European globe trotters, and clueless tourists, who don't "get" the culture. For me, culture is one of the biggest draws. Muchos Gracias!
🌹🌱🥀🌻🌷🌼 Los pueblos mágicos son maravillosos y su ambiente genial ! Atlixco Puebla no es la excepción, creo que les faltó mostrar un poco de su artesanía !👌👍
Puebla has been my favorite state of Mexico since I visited it the first time 20 years ago. Thanks for pointing to this interesting town, I put it right on top of my "must visit list" for the next trip
Informative and entertaining. The kiosko was the prettiest I have seen, the walk upto view the volcano was picturesque. Jenny, you are a super graceful dancer, like a bailarina. Did you just pick it up or did you have some training in ball room or similar dancing. Keivn, you also have the moves
Thank you for the info on the Italian Coffee Company. I had no idea and I have never patronized one either because I did think it was a US or Canadian based company.
Thank you for sharing this adventure. We recently stayed in Cuernevaca and Puebla but now wish we would have included this beautiful pueblo magico on our trip!
@@EatBailaTravel Congratulations on your new apartment and your new job Jenny. It was nice for you guys to show us other neighborhoods outside of the typical Roma, Condesa y Polanco.
Killer vid!! Love that town! We're heading to PV area, one of the smaller pueblos, if strong internet. Then Xalapa......We feel something pulling us there, and loved your take on it as well. We'll deff hit this town as well. Cheers!!
What a cute little town! Looking forward to more videos of places around CDMX from you guys! Thinking of going to Columbia in December and ill be flying from CDMX, I hope you guys are in town! Would love to see you guys! Miss you!
Hi I'm Xavienne, did you take photos of the mural in the town square? It is the history of the Mayans coming from Atlantis after the Fall of Atlantis. I want to see these photos.
Hi Xavienne, no unfortunately we didn't take photos, just video. We rushed through it a bit because we needed to finish filming but next time we're in Atlixco we want to do the mural tour
@@EatBailaTravel Thank you very much. The murals describe Atlantis falling & some of the Atlanteans swam to Mexico & USA. If you do take pictures or video May I please have a copy. Sincerely your friend Xavienne
good question! although it's now one of our favorite towns, I don't think we'd actually live there. We could happily spend a week there, but it's a bit too sleepy for us (there's no salsa dance scene that we know of lol)
🌺 It looks so beautiful there in Atlixco. I’m looking for a place in Mexico with a temperate climate and because of the altitude it may be a contender. I’ll have to check it out. 🌼
