Hi Como Estas Amigos! Taxco Es Un Pueblo Muy Hermoso, Me Alegra Qué Sigan Conociendo Más Lugares Bonitos De México, De Su Raza, Aquí Andamos Al 100 Apoyando, Suerte Y Bendiciones. 🙏🙏😍🇲🇽❤
Did you go to Wrigley when you were home? Not that stupid south side stadium. Haha Couple of comments. The beginning and ending couple of minutes I really liked the editing. Don't be afraid to run some b roll in there more often as you are talking on camera. Give a good look Never heard of this town, but like the vibe there.
Wrigley? Hahaha we don’t waste our time watching trash teams 😉 love the advice! We decided to cut on more b roll this time but definitely see how we can fit it in our more! Thanks Doug! Saludos!
The streets, colors, and views showcase how beautiful this city is! Although the church is beautiful it was built by the exploitation of the indigenous people and that makes it hard for me to see past that, IMO. Would definitely enjoy some shopping and dinning in the city.
We’re both born and raised in Chicago but our parents are from Mexico. My (Jenny) family is from Zacatecas and Kevin’s dad is from San Luis Potosí and his mom is from Veracruz 🙂
"Amar Sin Miedo" was filmed in Taxco, Guerrero, Mexico. Reliving my memories from beautiful Taxco. Here's more information on the film for your awesome subscribers. Thanks for your support cuz! facebook.com/newfilm2022 twitter@Love_Sin_Fear instagram.com/amarsinmiedo.movie/
This was my introduction to Taxco... never heard of it. Although I thought your visit was too abreviated, you nonetheless showed me enough: this will be my destination on next trip Mexico!
Glad we could introduce you to Taxco! It really is a magical little town. This video is an abbreviated introduction but we do have a few more videos on our channel from our visit: what to eat in Taxco and waterfalls/day trips from Taxco to Pozas Azules & Mil Cascadas 🙂
Hmmm... Don't know that Taxco is underrated. Being relatively close to the CDMX it gets a steady stream of visitors including lots of gringos on short visits who can't or won't venture farther afield. Taxco, Tepoz(tlan) and Teotihuacan is usual tourism troika from CDMX. Being in Guerrero, it does suffer from the reputation of rust state, perhaps not undeservedly for I know someone who was relieved of his new camioneta on the way out of Taxco.
Hola nuevos amigos! Sigan disfrutando 🇲🇽muchas bendiciones! 🌻
Hey Mario! as you see, we're catching up on comments totally out of order lol te va encantar Taxco! Si quieres conocer los parques de hermosas aguas azules alrededor de Taxco te recomiendo mínimo 3 días!
Hola amigos “JaroZaca” !! Thank you for your reply! Lol! We opted out for 2 nights in Taxco and 1 in Cuernavaca, we’ll try to do our best! I know we’re going to enjoy Taxco! Thank you for sharing your insight and good vibes! Bañaditos se ven más bonitos! Saludos y Bendiciones! 🌻
The people who did evil stuff under Christianity were of the evil one, controlled by the opposition of God our One and Only. To lie and deceive all from the love of God. God is of all good, love and truth. God bless all in the Name of Jesus Christ our Savior our Messiah Amen. God bless all in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit Amen
Wow just Amazing!!!! If I go, I don’t think I would ever leave. That cathedral is on another level and the view. OMG. Shout out to Miche club!!! 🌶🍺 🤙. Congrats, on Another great video you guys!!!! Totally enjoyed it.
What a great video, enjoyed watching you two, Taxco looks like a hidden gem, what great info you gave us the viewer, enjoyed it from beginning to end. Gracious amigo’s. 👍🏼😊❤️🇲🇽
The weather was perfect. Sunny, warm, but not too hot. I think their hottest months are April & May. It’s about an hour and a half drive from Cuernavaca, the city known as Mexico’s eternal spring, so that gives you a good idea of its weather too 🙂
I should add that there were rain storms almost every night we were there, which is the start of rainy season (May/June). It rained really consistently at night! We loved it
@@EatBailaTravel loving this, yes I can’t wait for the rainfall! Man, I really need to go to Taxco! It looks so nice, I’m going to San Miguel De Allende and Pinal De Amoles for the first time, so I need to add Guerrero on the list for 2023!
Taxco is my favorite city in Mexico 🇲🇽 that I haven't visited yet, lol .it's where I would like to live - friends of mine love it there. Great video of the city - and I have heard that's its not that expensive to live there . Loved it. 😍
Salsa dancing is not a thing in all of México. Don’t expect they will just have a salsa dancing place everywhere. That’s more of a central Mexico thing (CDMX, maybe Puebla and Veracruz).
Believe it or not salsa dancing is almost everywhere in Mexico except Taxco which is very surprising for us. We have gone salsa dancing in most of the states we have visited. Maybe we didn't look hard enough that's all.
@@EatBailaTravel in major cities, typically cities with more foreigners, because for some reason foreigners thing that we dance salsa in Mexico 🤣. There are some places where it would be hard to find a place. In Guerrero in Acapulco for sure, the rest of the state, probably not. For example in the huasteca region (parts of Queretaro, SLP and parts of Veracruz) you find a lot of places to dance huapangos, but salsa I have not find any in those parts (I also don’t try too hard to find them). In Michoacán I have not found any either(but it’s been a while since I was there). They play some salsa songs in weddings though. Just crash a weeding.
Great video, it reminds me that it has been a long time since I have been to Taxco. The interesting thing about Taxco is it used to be a hangout place for Chesperito (aka ElChavoDel8) and was very popular in the late 70s and early 80s. I remember as a kid my dad used to sell a lot of day tours to Taxco, but in the 90s it kind of fell out of favor. I think it had to do with the devaluation that happened in the 90s and it never quite recovered. Hopefully it picks up again there.
great video my brother and sister keep up the great content!!!, you guys are probably my favorite Mexico travel content creators. I can relate to the both of you as a Mexican-American myself I am living in Mexico connecting with my roots and my people, its the best feeling knowing you are where you belong. Saludos hermanos!!
Beautiful city, delicious food and and the wonderful people make this magical. Super happy you enjoyed this video we decided to change up the style a bit and it seems people like it.
although I'm sure there are direct buses available if you search online, we were making last minute decisions and ended up on a route that took 2 buses to get to Taxco from CDMX. We took a bus to Cuernavaca, and then in Cuernavaca took another bus to Taxco. The drive itself wasn't long, I think it was about a 1.5 hours each leg. So I imagine a direct bus would take around 3.5 hours
@@hannahjuarez8887 ooh that’s tough. Are you wanting to only see the town or are you interested in the nature parks nearby? I’d say minimum 3 days if you want to include Mil Cascadas and Posas Azules, but if not, I’d recommend at least 1 day and 1 night to enjoy Taxco
Hi EatBailatravel, I used to watch these 2 RU-vidrs called "Life with Leighmans" that lived in Taxco, and then one day they just disappeared off everything including bitchute. Would you possibly know what happened to them? Their last video was "weapons of war" consisting of vaccines instead of guns.
Hola 👋🏼 hmm that sounds mysterious but not all that uncommon for RU-vidrs to just quit without saying anything. Unfortunately I’ve never heard of them, but I hope they’re okay!
I was wondering how “tourist-y,” it is there. That’s incredible that it’s not, for the most part. Hopefully it can maintain that balance and not become overrun. At the same time - we’d totally love to visit 😜 Ohhh, watch out - Kenv’s got the mic! 🎤 👏
Wow I loved your video my first time watching I’m so glad I found you two this part of Mexico looks amazing it kinda reminds me of Italy very charming the church is something to see Wow I can’t believe all the silver so amazing. Is this a safe part of Mexico for tourist if you don’t speak Spanish? How is the food and is there a lot to see? Thank you
Glad you found us and that you enjoyed our content. We have been traveling Mexico for a year and a half in search of home. Feel free to provide suggestions, comments or just drop by to say hi! Taxco is beautiful and very safe. But not a lot of people speak English so communication is a little tough for the non Spanish speaker.
Great vlog! It looks beautiful! I want to visit. Question: is the pronunciation Taksko or Tashko? I've heard it both ways... My husband and I are looking for the right town to spend winters in. He loves CDMX so would like to be somewhat close to there but I prefer a smaller town. I really loved Tepoztlan. Have not been to Cuernavaca in many years. Taxco seems to tick a lot of boxes as my husband prefers a place without a lot of North Americans living there and I love old colonial towns. And silver jewelry!
Haha, that was our confusion also. The most common pronunciation we heard in town was "Tasco", with an s, but I think all three are accepted. We haven't been to Tepoztlan yet but if you're looking for small and colonial this is a great place! We were supposed to go to Tepoztlan right after this but then I (Jenny) got sick. I'm still recovering from this awful cold.
We are planning a little road trip after our annual Christmas/ NYE visit to the Oaxaca Coast. Taxco is high on my list, Thank you for mentioning the buses from MEX (I was wondering about direct buses to Taxco and Cuernavaca). I also appreciate your food recommendations and will have to watch this again along with your "what to eat" video with my map app open. Thank you!
So cool! How long will your trip be? And, I do the same when I hear anyone anywhere mention a restaurant to try! 😅 my Google Maps app is FULL of flags haha. Glad this could be helpful, be sure to check out the Taxco food vlog also if you haven't already!
Taxco has made it to the top of our list in our Pueblos Mágicos. We still have a couple more we’re checking out this year so we’ll make sure to update our list.
We were there for 1 week starting July 16th. My son's "silver" necklace is now copper. No wonder is was only 800 pesos. We did the callejoneadas, posas azules, mina pre-histórica, grutas de Cacahuamilpas, tried quite a few restaurants and Hung out down town.
oh no 😕 Did he get it from a street vendor? We did hear that some street vendors may have fake silver and that the brick and mortar shops are usually more reliable. But wow you did a lot! Sounds like it was a great time
@@EatBailaTravel we got it from a vendor in el Tiangis de plata. He does have a shop in town. If you guys have a chance to go to Zacatlan de las manzanas you won't regret it!!. I can give you the name of the hotel and best restaurants with best prices. We go every year!!
@@MiSangreAzteca1 we haven’t been there yet so we would love your recommendations! 😊 feel free to email or Instagram DM them. eatbailatravel@gmail.com or @eatbailatravel
@@EatBailaTravel we love La Posada de Don Ramon is very close to the panteón municipal donde están los murales. They are fantastic. I will email you more details
Whoa! Pretty much everywhere in Mexico we’ve seen through your videos looks beautiful to us, but Taxco really does look extra special! LOVE The VW bug story, and we’re going to have to watch out for that movie!
