Could Thor Pass a French Class? 

A real-life Thor would help immensely in translating old and ancient texts, by reading the original aloud. For example, with the Bible, there are arguments with each translation.

Loved this video. One of the more interesting scenes in Donny Cates run was when Thor walked with Jane through the city, and he spoke with a perfect New York accent + slang when he was buying hot dogs. Although he said he could do this because he has been walking these lands for thousands of years, making him more American than anyone else alive.

Also worth noting, in the MCU Thor explains that he can understand Groot because his language was taught as an elective on Asgard. Pretty much everyone else in the universe just sPeaks English. Captain Marvel had a throwaway line about having a universal translator, but these are never, tmk, brought up again.

Yo. I know this might confuse you. But if you look up god of prayers Thor vs battles on youtube there are plenty of them. So basically I was annoyed at the Cosmic armour videos of him destroying every version of Thor. So I tried looking through some Thor comics. I found my answer in Thor god of thunder. I named it God of prayers Thor, cause every god across time and space was praying to Thor. I thought about it a bit more, the godbomb would have killed every god that ever lived including Rune king Thor, Chaos war Hercules etc. Rereading some Classic Thor as well, the first time Gaea meets Thor she says that a gods power stems from the ethereal energy of a mortal mind, so imagine how strong he was when every god in the marvel universe every second of their life was praying to Thor. For a brief moment Thor became the god of prayers and was equal in power to the trillions of gods in the marvel universe all throughout time. Do you agree with what I'm saying. Its okay if you disagree.

I don't think it's ever clear that Thor can write in any language. When he and Asgardians speak everyone percieves it as their own languange, and they are capable of understanding any spoken language. I don't know that they have the ability to read any written language or to write in it, or to communicate with species where language isn't their means of communication. Went off on a tangent there, but if you can't write in French you're not going to pass a French class. Also I assume his spoken French would not be perfect French, but an older version of the dialect, much like his spoken English is not perfect, but an older version of the dialect.
