Awesome video. I would like to ask a question? Does Thor need bitfrost to travel to asgard? I'm interested in the lore of the place. Plus I would be interested in knowing, how the rainbow bridge works. But once again great video.
Thor doesn’t need the Bifrost to travel to Asgard as he can do so by opening dimensional portals to Asgard. However it is more difficult for him to do so without Bifrost. Bifrost seems to act in three main ways. The first is simply a physical bridge that can be walked on to get to different realms. The second is as a teleporter which can send anyone anywhere in a bright beam of colors. This second way pretty much came from the movies and it acts in the exact same way. The third way it acts is as a sort of tether to other realms. Bifrost makes dimensional travel safer and easier for anyone hoping to open a portal. Thor and the other Asgardians are capable of opening portals to Asgard from earth, but doing so without Bifrost is extremely difficult and dangerous. In Thor #366, Thor tried to reach Asgard after Bifrost was destroyed. Despite the fact that he had Mjölnir and his goat drawn charriot, it took days of fighting through cosmic storms to reach Asgard. Thor is one of very few who is skilled and brave enough to reach Asgard without Bifrost acting as a tether. It’s difficult, but he can still do it and usually Bifrost is in good shape so opening portals isn’t an issue for Thor
