These concepts can be mixed together too-Louis Cartright uses the shuffle to disguise a race defense, and he's a very good racer.

great vid, been watching a couple of your other vids, my goalie shot improved and I've gained more power, I'm not always consistent though at times the shot is weak but when it's a good shot it's always satisfying, I still struggle vs long shots , do you have any tips for blocking shots from goalie to goalie?
