What does it matter how easygoing Shanann was or wasn’t? Anyone slamming Shanann seems to forget that at the end of the day, this man is responsible for ending 4 lives with or without help. Because of what? He felt she was controlling, she had OCD, she overshared on social media? She didn’t go along with Cindy’s bs? She overspent? Give me a break. Like Cindy and NK aren’t control freaks. In time, even if Shanann was controlling, it’s clear that she was a decent person. Unlike others in this case. Trying to pin blame on Shanann - “Nico was not Chris’s” - is beyond ridiculous. For the sake of argument, who’d be Nico’s father? There isn’t a shred of evidence pointing in that direction.

She had 111 minute convo with Chris the night before she doesn't claim to remember, on the morning of the murders her phone pinged in Frederick, she asked Chris to send her a picture o Cervi 319 where he did not work worked at another one and she sends him the song Battery by Metallica. The doll picture is petrifying. Shanann didn’t know what to make of it because she didn’t see it for what it was. How could she? She didn’t know her husband was a psychopath. The caption on FB suggests she found it odd though. Looking back it’s easy to put 2 and 2 together but it’s a lot to ask from Shanann that she would pick up on what he was really communicating to her at the time. He may have not given signs of being this sick throughout his life but he did during the last weeks. Still it’s unthinkable as he continued to confuse Shanann “I don’t want this baby but I don’t want a divorce right away”. So she stayed. No one can blame her for staying. SHE DIDN’T KNOW.

Chris is a cowardly covert narcissist (I've been romantically involved with two of them although, I didnt know thats what they were but I knew something was "off" about them). Covert narcs always want to be seen as "the nice guy/gal" to the outside world, and they appear that way in the beginning with their "object of obsession" too. However, in a matter of months, or possibly a few years, while they still always appear to be "the good guy/gal" to the outside world, behind the scenes with their significant other who isnt an obsession any more, they are kind of lack luster, they dont take much, if any part in decision making (if they are living together/married), they are passive-aggressive, they do things to make their partner insecure, they give the silent treatment, they can be very sneaky, they lie, and they can be downright cruel as Chris was being with Shanann. So while I do believe in the beginning Shanann was the object of obsession for Chris, and he also needed a way to get away from his toxic narcissist mom who felt Shanann was "stealing" Chris from her, I dont think Chris ever truly loved Shanann in a normal way because I dont think he knows what love, compassion, empathy, remorse, or guilt feel like, and he was just acting like what people thought the good husband looked like. As for NK: in my opinion, she is a pathologically lying malignant narcissist who for reasons unknown to date set her sights on Chris, she stalked him and his family, she love bombed him, researched the things he liked to do, she used sex as bait, including out of the norm sex, and all the while shes collecting dirt on him as she took him on walks on the dark, dirty, kinky wild side. I do believe he was getting cold feet regarding leaving his wife and kids, but having dealt with a malignant narcissist several years ago, NK would start threatening him with exposure (maybe not overtly, but she would threaten him in ways he'd understand. One thing covert narcs are afraid of is being exposed as "not so nice", and in Chris's case, not such a straight arrow. If hed called her bluff, as I did with those threatening, he'd have been torn apart, and exposed, and that would have destroyed a guy like him. Shanann most likely would have been done with him, his job would have been over (malignant narcs are very skilled in playing the victim, so NK would have at least tried to have people believe that she was afraid of him, he'd threatened her, and her friends would have backed her up on that), and Chris, who had been planning to escape Shanann by taking off with his new object of obsession would have been stuck moving back to NC back under mommy dearests rule. I wouldnt put it past NK to convince that she, and others, would "get rid of" Shanann at least, and that it was a fool proof plan, and seeing as 1. He didnt love Shanann and actually resented her like he does his mom and 2. If NK exposed him, his life and marriage as he knew it was over, he went along with the plan and ultimately was thrown under the bus by NK. Theres obviously a lot more to it, but Im just wondering how long it will be before Chris is tired and ticked off about being the only one in prison and he finally rolls on his accomplices?

Watching this and seeing all the time lines actually really gets me upset. I cannot believe the Colorado police department is this inefficient and just turns a blind eye. It's hard for me to believe that they don't even try to investigate a woman who was searching things a year before supposedly she met CW. it's disgusting Colorado police department is this unprofessional. Her interrogation was a complete joke. She had her daddy in the room like she was 10.. just that aline is unheard of. What normal PD allows the father in the interrogation of a grown woman??? They need to be ashamed of themselves . I am 99% sure NK had something to do with this without a doubt. But I think she's gonna get away either it like she has all her pathetic life. Zowoki Nk was obsessed with Watts.The fact early on she went to his house uninvited after Watts went home on the 4th of July.She also sat outside his house another day and called him and left that silly giggle on his phone.If she went there univited because she was mad or jealous what was to stop her from going there the night of the murders.And she did ping there the morning of.Perhaps she was mad he was still up and not in his bed on the 111 min.phone call.She said she heard the tv on.Continually texted him when he was in NC.The wedding dresses searches.Obsessed.

Totally agree about the private school thing. My folks could only afford to send one of us to private school & it was me, the youngest, both my folks worked to do that. You only do that out of love, it's hard to maintain till graduation & a huge commitment for any parent. The ONLY way Nicole will EVER be looked at for this crime IF at all is if Rourke steps down as DA . NK’s father has a lot of influence in the CBI & FBI. Just him being part of two of the talks with cops with an ADULT being questioned is UNHEARD of. I do think under a new name NK does talk to Chris. She has to string him a long a little bit so he will keep his mouth shut bcz with out him cooperating as time goes by & memories & evidence fades. It will be harder & harder to convict let alone even charge her , Chris would have to give it up to help the case against her. I don’t believe with her Daddy’s influence that she will ever be arrested. It’s not what you KNOW It’s WHO you know!!!

Agreed, sadly, it may be too late, but hopefully not, if he someday does get tired of having gone down for this alone maybe he will out whoever else was involved, but I'm not sure he hasn't been threatened in some way to keep his mouth shut. I don't know if NK is guilty or not, but so many things look bad about her and it wouldn't be surprising to find out she was involved. I don't believe he did everything alone.
