I still remember obsessively counting every single calorie in my food because I thought I was fat. I didn’t realize it went too far until I was at 86 pounds and severely underweight. I was put on a liquid calorie diet to save my life, and thankfully, I’ve been able to recover thanks to years of therapy.
I have a question beat can't answer I have ed since 9 and I have one now it's horrific as it's based on sugar so I eat tons of calories but sugar burns it off so bed bound patient 5ft9 and no numbers but with this ed apparently it's a mix of diabulimia but anoria and no diabetes and I need a high iq but I can't get rid of it in normal ward for a year and need someone outside or another person to talk to everyone from my ed clinics have gone since young and Its a living hell sick don't excersise much to my own discst but mixing foods chemistry burn other foods off quick hard to explain in trying to get it out there beat don't get me and there can't just be me someone else must have this athlete in air bed wheelchair mess I want my self back thanks for this channel
