@nineyardssongs1015 Definitely. I've seen them a couple of times before, but these were the best seats I've had (to be fair, there were no bad seats at this venue ".
This is why I love the Counting Crows. They can play every song in a way that makes it feel new again. I have all of their albums, and have been a fan since Mr. Jones hit the charts, but it wasn't until their first live album, "Across a Wire", that I realized exactly how good they really were. I've still never had a chance to see them live in person, but their live albums and live performances like this one, are always amazing. I've seen so many other bands live, and none of them can hold a candle to what the Counting Crows can do on stage with their music.
I hope you get to experience the pleasure of seeing them live some time. I've only experienced it the once, but it's my all-time favourite concert. There's something magic in the synergy between each member of the band; it's like they're improvising new takes on the songs in the moment, each one shining as an artist but pulling in the same direction as a band. Damn, I hope I can get to see them live again sometime soon!
My wife and I saw Counting Crows in concert a few years ago in Washington. It was terrible! He was so high he couldn’t even sing. We’ll never see them again. What a disappointment and waste of money.
