I live that yiur recipes are budget friendly and EASY and QUICK. I work 6 days a week with an 11 year old grandchild to raise. Need everything to be quick and easy. Thanks a million Catherine. I have a left over spice bottle, that I filled with half onion powder and half garlic powder. It seemed like i was always using the two together, so why not save some effort and just grab one bottle?!

I love dishes with pasta and meat and cheese Catherine!😍 I really like adding cream of mushroom soup to recipes like this! I've noticed you using tomato soup instead of pasta sauce or other tomato products. I've been adding the tomato soup to dishes for a very long time because I don't care for the acidity of the other tomato sauces. Great minds think alike!😋 And then you combine the meat and pasta then add some cheese!🤤 Such a wonderful combination that can't be beat!😘 I'm sure enjoying the little reprieve we're having, especially when it got down to 55° over the weekend! Sure beats the 108° we've been having for so long!😚 Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe!🥰

Catherine I make something similar, same ingredients as yours but add large can of green beans drained, can of corn drained and French fried onions. I leave out the milk and cheese. One of the first things I learned to make after I was married.

I would like a little tomato flavor, so I would add another can of tomato soup and some extra sliced mushrooms. I respect your dislike of mushrooms. But, I just love them. I hope you and your family a re not caught in all rainy weather where you live. Have Have a great week❤😊

Knowing me....I would do all the mixing in the dutch oven and pop that into the oven instead of the casserole dish. Saves on clean up. Looks yummy.

Looks yummy! Think I would add in a chopped fresh tomato & maybe some chopped fresh mushrooms too. I usually also add in some dried parsley flakes to just about everything. More flavor & easier than trying to use fresh parsley. It’s just me so fresh parsley tends to wilt before I can use the whole bunch. I look for recipes I can freeze in individual portions. This should work, just add the cheese on top when I heat up a portion for dinner.

This freezes great. I have a recipe that is similar. I do the same thing just hubby and myself, so most casseroles are panned up in 4-6 pans and then frozen. Once frozen I vacuum seal them to prevent freezer burn.

Catherine, I just copied the recipe from your web site. I can already feel this one will be a keeper. I did notice that you list diced bell peppers and diced onions in the ingredients. It does not indicate in the written cooking steps when you add these in to the skillet. I know you do it when cooking the ground beef because I watched the video. Just thought I’d mention this. Thanks so much for another great one.
