Countryside Road Stand (Amish Owned And Operated) Ronks Pa 

I think the Amish are incredible people. After the horrible tornados that hit on 12/10/2021 in Mayfield, KY, which is about 48 miles from our home and the tornado that passed 1/16 of a mile from our home and hit Dresden TN (which you don't here about) was destroyed too. The Amish in the area were hit very hard in the Mayfield area. Sending many to the hospital. One family lost Dad, Mom, and two children. Leaving 3 orphans. It is sad to see so much grief in one area. And so many frightened kids, (adults too!) It's been a week. Many are still without power, business's don't have landline phone services and people are without tv. You say so what, no big deal, but it's how you get information. So what buildings are standing are now information centers! Pur family feels incredibly blessed to have been spared the worst. We had a lot of high wind damage and lost power for ten hours. However, we are all alive, our dogs, cats, and horses are all fine! We were very fortunate! My husband who is a tree trimmer and construction worker has been volunteering on the weekends and after work. I've been gathering what extra soap, lotion, shampoo and deodorant I've made and I am doing little kits for people to use that are homeless or staying in shelters. Sadly the business I adore and have spent the last 7 years building is now put to the test to provide a vitally needed supply. I'm more than glad to help, I just hate the circumstances! This is the first place I stop when visiting Lancaster County and the last place before I go home. Did you try the homemade root beer? It’s usually in a big cooler outside on the table. They use the honor system - just drop a quarter in the box and fill up a cup. Delicious with the pretzels!

Watching one of your videos I haven't seen before John and Bobby country roadside stand Amish country I'll tell you what I totally respect them people for what they do everytime I run across on one of their stores always buy something from them I support them highly that store really had some nice things that they keep up the good work guys God bless

This is one of our favorite stops whenever visiting Lancaster. They have the best pretzels and ice cream in the world! You can find so many treasures to bring home or to gift someone special...

Your video is great because it shows all of their products in a very and makes choosing what I would like to get next time I’m there, lol! Hi John and Bobbie-you both are such a lovely and beautiful couple. I always look forward to your video's. This store is such a treasure trove of wonderful and unique Amish gifts and foods. The patterns and colors of their handmade items are so special, well made and bright and cheerful to grace any home. I just love the countryside and am not a city person at all. The land and surrounding farms are so refreshing to the soul. I live in Bucks County, PA but would love to travel to Ronks to visit this interesting and special store. In my area, we have Peddler's Village which is a lot of fun and New Hope, PA where there are a lot of craft and antique stores. How far away is Ronks from Lower Bucks County, PA? I know it takes a little over an hour or so to travel to Lancaster from my home. So how far away is Ronks from Lancaster? Do you guys live close to the Lancaster area so it is not far for you to travel? Blessings to both of you!! I hope you both are well and will be able to find new jobs real soon. At least you can hopefully collect unemployment in the meantime. What type of work did you guys do for a living if I am not being too personal?
