Honestly everything about this tiny house is nice. The part I love most is the bedroom area is divided by a closet. That can be modified to anything if you don't need the extra storage.

This tiny house is amazing and I’m amazed they got it done in 3 months. There are already so many cute details. You can tell they lived in small spaces, they made it very functional.

Yikes, so many things about this build I love! Incredibly innovative design with stand-up height everywhere(!). Truly beautiful, tasteful, color/texture-balanced, oh-so welcoming décor. Coat hooks handy beside a logically placed inward-opening door, and a convenient place to stow shoes too! The cupboard wall is amazing and adds much to the traditional house feel-what a great bedroom privacy wall idea. Ingenious space-saving step up to the bathroom. I feel an energy saving air exchange is so important, yet seems all too rare in tinies we’ve seen-I’d not seen this style, tho…cool! So cool too that water can be stored on board to extend off-grid possibilities. Big fridge, washer and dishwasher too(?!)-every convenience fitting so well in its allotted spot. Awesome storage solution for utilities, tools and gear. I’m a fan of keeping these outside but handy, so was especially impressed by this! I’m floored this build with all its beautifully detailed artistic work was completed by two in just 3 months-even with materials at hand. Hats off, this one tops my running “favorites” list. Love the style, love the colors and they kept saying they didn’t have enough time to finish this so they did this, as far as I’m considered this is perfect. I love the idea of the water tank being below the bathroom, great idea. The only complaint I have and I have it with almost all tiny homes which is I would never have a Storage couch. Even if it took me six months to find the perfect couch I would still have a detached normal regular couch except it would be apartment style small. Beautiful home!

Very nice little home, they did a great job! A little sliding cover for the skylight would be a cool addition if you wanted to rest during the day (if you were under the weather or just for a nap.) I'm amazed at how much stuff they got for so little - they made the most of it and nothing went to waste. Loved the tile in the kitchen and the floor in the bathroom, along with the bamboo floor. 💯👍

Sonia and Tim, I would like to congratulate you. You really knocked it out of the park with this build. I have looked at hundreds of videos of tiny houses. This layout is well thought out and is just perfect. I like the idea of starting with a fifth wheel very much. It's size accommodates your bedroom so much better than many builds. The design was great, the sizing was great the colors are great. This is really a place that I would enjoy living in. Congratulations and Bravo.

I love the dog bed!! Will consider the dog bed for my next dog. My dog now loves to be near me but is over 16 years old with arthritis and can no longer even get on the low Japanese couch we have. Beautifully built home.

My husband and I were so impressed with the house plans. Everything was so thought out and had beautiful design elements. We would love to buy the build plans. My husband is finally willing to go tiny after seeing this vblog.

Truly I am so amazed by the wisdom of this young couple to have built this wonderful home at such a low cost with I want to say an AMAZING GREEN % of 50% for a first time build!! I am an interior designer and at your age I was clueless pretty much about the green movement except for hardwood floors and home gardening - that would’ve been the extent of knowledge!!!! I think you should be very proud of yourself for everything you’ve done in terms of the green movement and sustainability as well as making it so beautiful inside your home for the FIRST BUILD…. The coin floors in the bathroom, the hardwood features throughout the house,(Especially that kitchen table that pays homage to your Grandfather), The tile you put in the kitchen the efficient Ellie do you lights for extra lighting throughout the house your Solar Panels on top if your home, The energy efficient toilet, etc. so many choices that were wise and you’re both going to college at the same time you were building and I just want to say as someone who’s been to college three times in my lifetime that this is so much work and stress even though you were during the summer, the pressure of going to college is overwhelming and for those of you who have not been, and those of you who have not worked on a specific degree beyond just a couple years or four years, it is like working an 80 hour job, so to be able to focus on putting this wonderful house together is in my opinion fantastic and tremendously overwhelming & Very confident on your part. Please give yourself more credit than you are in this video😊❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ I would be so very proud of you if you were my children. Stay in school and finish your graduate programs as you were very close. Don’t let anyone or anything make you quit because I did that one year for someone I loved and I wish you both the greatest success in your careers but also much happiness in your life together don’t lose what you HAVE FOUND ALREADY IN BUILDING THIS TINT HOME♥️♥️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️♥️♥️

Thank you so much for sharing this home. I see so many comments about how tiny houses are so expensive and not worth it or how the tiny house movement has gotten away from the early values of low cost homes. While there is some truth to those thoughts, it is also possible to still build for less. The industry is growing and changing…but with careful planning, like this couple did, a larger tiny home can still be accomplished with grace and style for a fairly small budget. I’m impressed with this home…and completed in 3 months. I’d love to see what they could do with even more time. Love their resourcefulness to start collecting items for their home as they planned. Well thought out design that works well for their lifestyle. And Christian…you are funny! I definitely giggled through your ad. The commercials tug on my heart strings because I miss the get-togethers. You two are amazing and fun and I always enjoy your content. 🎉🥰

Most tiny houses that are DIY I would not live in,there is never enough storage.That being said,I would love living in yours,it is well done, lots of storage,a good sized fridge,the bathroom is not cramped and it is just really pretty.You guys did a great job on this little home,congrats I think it is perfect.

I liked the guy in the Birch mattress promo. He was funny. The tiny home is nice. I liked that you can stand up in the raised bedroom. It has a lot of other nice features too. The only thing I didn't like was having the toilet in the shower stall. A better placement would be to put the toilet where the sink is, and put the sink across from the door, but then it would be hard to access the washer. Maybe the toilet should go where the washer is, then put the washer where the sink is, and then move the sink across from the door. Anyway, the place is nice.

You guys did a fabulous job for a short span of time. I like the decor and different textures selected to build the home. You took me back to the days when I had to hang clothes on the clothes line as a kid. 🤗 Fresh air is sometimes best for drying clothes. ❤

Love the barn door. Such space savers. A built in pantry behind it would've almost doubled the storage space in the kitchen. Beautiful job on the kitchen tile.
