Hi @CrazyCanuck1985, thank you so much for all the tips in regards to building courses. I am wanting to bring my home course to life on this game... Do you have any recommendations on recreating real-life courses?

Hey Crazycanuck! Thanks for the little tutorials! It already helped me a lot. But still a lot to lear! 😄 I have a question... Is it me or do the rocks not work? I can change the slider from 0 to 100 .. and it doesn't change anything. I don't see rocks.. not even at 100. Is this a bug? Or is there something I don't understand?

How do you make a sharp corner tee box?

Is there a way to get the game to quit defaulting to the shortest tee box? I add shorter (blue, red) tees on my courses for newer players, and the game just happily defaults to reds instead of the first (black) tee set. Too many people just want to play a round instead of doing settings, and end up with short tees and no wind...

I also have this question. On the scorecard the order is always shortest on top, which is backwards. Is there anything in the settings to change this?

Hey man! thank you so much for this series. im actually building a nine hole golf course in real life and its still in the beginning stages as far as design and functionality so im wanting to use this game as a testing site for the course. ive got an odd question and i wanted to see if you could answer it for me. I would like to set up the hills around my plot of land so that i have a good idea on the landscape before i put in any holes. could you do an instructional video on how to do something like that? im working with 25 acres and i have hills around the entire thing. is there a way or a "smart" way to design the landscaping before i put any holes in? Thank you in advance!!

its going to have elevation changes similar to wolf creek golf course in mesquite nevada so having the landscape in first is going to change the way the course plays

Thank you for your videos. I’m loving the designing process, but unfortunately my PS5 keeps crashing and I am losing progress. It’s so demoralizing when you make big progress on sculpting. Is this a normal thing, or unique to just me?

* Canuck * Please, the course I’m building stopped allowing me to add more than 1 pin to each green after the 3rd hole- how do I fix this? Has anyone else experienced this bug in 2k23? When I go to add a pin, it gives the little error chime or sound effect

It's currently bugged right now. Delete the hole (not the surfaces) and it should fix it.

Amazing content. Would you, or anybody you know, be interested in being commissioned to make a course? Interested in remaking my hometown course and it's a huge endeavor for me as a complete beginner. Would be cool to see an expert have a go at it!
