British National Cyclocross Championship Falkirk Course Preview.
Join me on a full practice lap, showing what's in store for the British National Cyclocross Championship at Callendar Park, Falkirk. The course at Falkirk is an absolutely brutal course, with lot's of technical sections and punchy climbs, that will need to be negotiated for the best race.

If like me you were trying to find the tv schedule as it's not on GCN this year..............The elite races will be broadcast live from 11:20 on the BBC Sport website, BBC Sport app and BBC iPlayer, with commentary from Marty McDonald and Helen Wyman. The elite and junior races will also be streamed in full on the British Cycling RU-vid channel here, starting at 9:15.

All the best, I raced there the first year they used it when it was muddier, like you said it’s more like mountain biking so suited me and I absolutely loved it, a few cheeky wrong sided dismounts helped on some of the banks.

Wow what a great course. Looks tough but also fun with those DH sections. Very cool ambiance on the grounds of the castle. Makes me wonder how UK cycling got a permit to race there. Is that public or privately owned? Best of luck. Do your best and have a lot of fun!

Ladies are going to have a tough time. What are feats of strength for the men will be compulsory offs for the Womens Elite racers. It'll be a very different race. Other than that, super fun course to spectate.

An extremely challenging course and I imagine there will be a lot of off and running for all riders once the course has been churned up a bit 😅
