What I still don't understand is how FL allows the judge that you want removed to choose whether he wants to remove himself or not that should go to someone else that should never be up to the person who you want to be removed Florida does stuff so half-assed... Also why don't the higher count just watch the court videos and then they don't need to ask anybody why it should be removed then they can see it for themselves....

I thought that the Lawyer Silverman was not allowed to be the lawyer at that level - or is that the other case. And I pray that Mr. Feather and Mr. Schochet are able to bring this horrid false accusation that Lienette made against Mr. Feather to light - I am praying the light of truth shines on this whole mess and the appellate court does the right thing! ALSO that the next right thing is this whole case filed by Preston/Crook is thrown out! 🙏

THe judge didn't control his conduct when he yelled at George as to why she was sitting up front by Preston if she felt so uncomfortable and made her move to the back of the courtroom. I know some people took that one way, but when he made her move to the back, I took it completely an opposite way. She was in a court of law with bailiffs around....no Cook around....so what did he really mean by doing that? Food for thought.....just think about it a second !!!

Jeremy, my hubby is an attorney. It is very common to file just before a deadline. Being an attorney is like being a juggler who is spinning 10 plates on 10 poles, catching the plate that is about to fall off of it's pole at the last second and getting it spinning again. This can be how an attorney who is a sole business will have to manage all his client's cases.

When I had my first daughter, I took a nanny job to where I could bring her with me, I didn't work with my second child until few years after i had my third and now I take them with me to an after school facility that I work at a couple days a week. I love having them in my constant care because I know they're safe when they're with me And even though it's a big sacrifice I absolutely love homeschooling them. I know they truly appreciate being able to bring their daughter to work

Boy oh boy that lawyer does an awful lot but nothing for 7 grand. Copying and doing no real research. I got this weird feeling he's doing this as a favor for his buddy. Because 7 grand wouldn't come close to covering this. I can't wait until they get caught. That's why his partner wanted out.

You can only plead the Fifth in criminal matters, unless a judge rules that the question is not applicable to the case. At least that's the way I understand it. Not being an attorney, I could be wrong because I haven't researched this question!
