You could have a gas station with some groceries (ask around to get a general list of what people might need) with a small diner(think truck stop) with a “pizza by the slice” and gift shop .

I moved to Orlando in 1969, it was only a town. Now it’s got way too many people and too many vehicles. We actually moved out of Orlando and moved to north Florida. Finally ended up in upstate New York.

I love the idea of bringing tourism to otter Creek. Think it’s funny. Can you imagine 50 to 100 people coming through otter Creek taking picture of the dump that Lynette calls her house and turtle sanctuary then moving along taking a picture of Townhall and seeing if rest of us is lurking around, waiting for rest of us and Don the con to show up taking pictures asking them questions oh, that would be just so lovely. It might actually drive them out of the town.

@@debbivaughn1313 I want on vacation in Cape Cod at a house and the back end of the house was the water maybe about 4 feet away with ducks . And every morning it was so quiet and peaceful, I would get up make coffee and sit on the small chair and table on the back porch and be in earthly Heaven . Unfortunately, it was a family trip and my mother and my brother said there was a ghost in the house😂😂😂

My dad was colorblind and couldn't tell the difference between navy blue and black. One time when mom and dad went on vacation they were driving through a state (can't remember which one though) and the stop lights were side by side instead of on top of each other so my mom had to tell dad which light was red and which was green. That's how we found out dad was colorblind. LOL

You are 100% correct and I have always thought it, with the location of Otter Creek a Dollar General and a convenient store that has gas, bait, propane exchange, ice coolers, maybe even a small sub/deli station, icee machines and so on would make a killing on that strip. Not just for those heading to the Key but the locals and the RV park soon to be parks. So much potential. That run down gas station is already there so room. You build it, they WILL come!!

The mayor in Palm Coast, Florida gave himself and the council a 360% raise. Now they’re making over $100,000 when they got hired they were making 50,000. It must be nice to be able to give yourself a raise against the residents. Do you wanna see a Crooked mayor look at the RU-vid minutes of their town meetings. He’s a realtor and a broker and he’s resigning all the land that was commercial into residential. I wish we had someone like you here.

Did you ever go to amish country in pa, the kitchen kettle, I have dreamed of winning the mega millions and building that in otter creek, I think otter creek is so cute and that area is beautiful, I think a little villages with cute stores, a bakery, a coffee shop, a christmas store, a convience store, a resturant, and a gift shop. Oh it would be beautiful at Christmas

If a person were to donate a physical item that has only one possible use or purpose, can that donor then specify how those items are put into use. I.E if the donor was to purchase a selection of door furnishings, could they control which lock or bolt and handles went onto which door and could that person have control over who should have control of the keys or access to the keys for the purpose of allowing use or access through the locked barriers, or could the access be restricted to one person by a strictpolicy of signatures for keys upon handing out the door keys.
