Newly unsealed court records show that four additional documents with classified markings were found in a closet in former President Donald Trump's bedroom at Mar-a-Lago, four months after the FBI searched the resort. CBS News legal contributor Rebecca Roiphe has more.

The marking would be on the documents. Donald kept them to show off to guests that he had very sensitive material (eg about Macron) and would not return them because it would mean accepting he was no longer president

You have Robert Hurs whole report on that, plus the hours he testified in front of congress about it AND you must have missed the part where he stated Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts. Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it. In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation. NOW consider yourself educated enough to make a comment

Biden, upon discovering the documents, immediately reported them and returned them all. chump, on the other hand, has continued to lie, hide documents, and hinder the DOJ. These cases are not similar.
