It's getting clearer and clearer where our problem lies. The judiciary keeps hampering on technicalities and ignores the substance of issues. A crying shame to our entire judiciary body.
In this case I disagree. Everybody should obey the rule of law. Bello is a criminal and will go down for it but it should be done the right way. Breaking the law in a criminal fashion in a bid to prosecute a criminal just makes both parties brothers in crime
While everyone is bothered on Bello Vs Efcc, I kept wondering why that school is still not charged for collecting dollar & not naira? So, a governor was patronizing dollar business in Nigeria? So, efcc clearly knows that the school has been doing business in dollars and they haven't done anything to the school? Why did effc prosecute Bobrisky for violation of the currency & not the school? Why is the government complaining about a Chinese supermarket for using Yuan as the currency of their business in Abuja? Bello & Efcc matter is revealing so much lawlessness and weakness of the systems.
Exactly .. EFCC is in business for becoming head in corruption. Trying to decide who should be persecuted and who should not within the corrupt system . Think about it
Lawyers are the problems of this country. Yaya Bello has been sponsoring people of all shades of people to television houses. Yaya Bello Case should be taken to Britain for adjudication.

Sad, so sad that almost all the lawyers are defending criminality on the basis of legal technicalities. “He wasn’t invited”, “show proof of the invitation”, “EFCC disobeyed a kogi state high court order”, blah blah blah. It’s a straightforward case: MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT TO DEFEND YOURSELF OF ALLEGATIONS OF LOOTING OF KOGI STATE TREASURY. Simple. So if someone is not properly invited, he will get away with serious allegation of stealing?.

FRED is an intelligent lawyer. He is simply trying to break down how the law on prosecution and conviction works. He is not "misleading Nigerians" as you put it. The most painful part is that the said Yahaya Bello will sit somewhere and feel big that he is a figure and that he is smart and he is whatever he feels. however, by the time those political thieves are been labeled as THIEFS and should be treated as such. and by the time the masses are tired of taking less and giving MIGHTY praises TO GULLIBLE thieves. Yaya Bello is a disgrace to the Nigeria people, the government, and to Nigeria politics. Why should Yaya Bello behave like a thief/suspect as a public figure, if Yaya Bello is mature enough he will not create drama that ignite the whole matter. He Yaya Bello acted immature he should be blamed not the efcc. A former governor for that matter, behaving like a school boy. If Yaya Bello behave like that on the street the public would have lynched him with the way the politician have lead the country economy to destruction. So after Yaya Bello use all his political power to down play this ugly matter he created on ground we the people deserves a big public apology for his childish play.

This court of law will have to grant the rights of the common Nigeria whom have no security and basic amenities of life because they are Nigerians and they deserve to be protected by the courts of law just like Yahya Bello who they protected from EFCC to enable him steal millions of Nigeria resources in Dollars.
Our judiciary system like any other system in the country is not well defined. Glad, this is playing out before the inauguration of state policing. What system are we practicing in Nigeria where the state can stop the federal agency from it's duty, and in matter of jurisdiction through technicality?. Only in Nigeria!. We are now observing a situation where the state is being used to interfere with federal matter. First, foreign currency was used as means of transaction, that is a federal offence where the state have no jurisdiction. Secondly, the currency proceeded from the state coffers. Now, it would be a different thing if the state generated it's income by itself, but the Feds in Nigeria distribute the income.

Every year we are faced with the same challenge. We keep talking about the same thing,no change,no good improvement. Nigeria is still the way it is since i was a kid. The same old people are in power.learn to vote unknown people who are younger with vision please. We need to move ahead. Black americans will be happy to return once africa start working.
