Oga will we not pay tax were by government did not put a provission in place to pay tax, the money they are stealing they should use the money to fix electricity and others and watch if the citizen we not pay tax, so for u to say citizen to first pay tax before u can do something, the citizen will not accept, is not acceptable
Everybody is taxed in this country. Go to the markets, see what is happening and ask yourself if everbody is not taxed. Both formal and informal persons and businesses are taxed.
