and there was me as a cov fan being hopeful for the first time in a while about promotion to the prem. Fcuk sake. f*** you callum and your stupid ideas you put into my head. Let me have a sit down and think back to reality.
the last 20 minutes where we rested our midfielders and you had a little spell of domination makes it look better that it did, it was 2 shots 0 on target for you at like the 70th
We made you look awful. I watched the Stoke highlights and it looked like you guys just made a load of individual errors, this time you were outclassed in every position apart from GK haha
@@FootyViews the GK Archer was class. To think he hadn't played a proper game in a few years too. He made a few fuck ups when he was subbed on but after that he found his rhythm
He wasn't our assistant manager, he left with Bulut and was actually just a fitness coach that somehow got the job of assistant manager. Bulut is the 2nd worst manager to manage our club, just after Mark Hudson
@olliestock8607 He didn't do well tbf, but he was shafted by having his attacking wing backs sold by the club when they knew he wanted to play with those types of players, felt abit for him
Portsmouth's current injury list: Schmid GK Norris GK Swanson RB Williams RB Shaughnessy CB Farrell LB Lane LW Bishop ST O'Mahony ST All first team players when fit, its no wonder we are bottom.
Your analysis of Coventry is spot on, I am sorry to say - it is a combination of the players, especially in midfield, but also management strategy or rather the lack of it. To that extent the manager is partly to blame. He doesn’t seem to know what to do and that uncertainty communicates itself to the players. I’m a fan of Robins, but I’m beginning to think his time is nearly up, unless there is some change in form, which I sadly think may not happen.
I’m an Ipswich fan I remember watching that Barnsley game and I was a little worried as you lot were looking really good up until that point. I love Chaplin 😂
Bolton actually came out second half and had a good couple of spells, particularly between like 70 & 80 minutes where they had us penned in and McAtee should've scored at least one (good player him btw). But for the rest of the game we just showed levels, Paik and Iwata in midfield are a joke. Really really good pairing, teams tend to come and press us for the first 15 mins which is where we generally concede, but once we settle into our rhythm and play out of a couple good presses, teams back off a bit so they don't get caught, and we just slowly suffocate teams. Alfie May should've scored one or two last night, their keeper made a great save from a Laird header and then McAtee had about 3 decent chances (including 1 very good one) where he should've put one of them away at least. Was a very entertaining second half, I think Bolton will be one of the better sides in April. As long as they don't play how they did first half because then they were wank.
As a Posh fan, I can confirm we never know what we're going to get on each game. Last night was mad but Blackpool were quite poor and didn't offer much.
Is that the same Derby that won 13 away games in league one last season (most in their history) and and picked up the most points away after Portsmouth
From a Cardiff fan, it’s pretty clear the issue lied with the players lack of support for Bulut. Got a pretty talented group of players, and we’ve finally picked up the wins against the sides we should be beating. Wouldn’t expect us near the bottom for too much longer (hopefully!)
Erol Bulut had Cardiff playing in a style like he wanted to be sacked no thought on attacking Omar Riza was our attacking coach he took over as interm with the U21 coaches and let the handbrake off wanting to attack teams
We (cov) have had the third most chances in the league so far. We're not taking chances and we're lacking leadership at the back. The middle pf the park is actually the least of our worries atm.
Have to disagree with you mate Stoke Vs Bristol City was far from boring, an end to end game with us having 28 shots with 10 on target and should of won it if it wasn't for Viktor Johansson heroics
He’s the only thing that kept us (Rotherham) from being internationally recognised as a cause of suicide for all 5 of us and our dogs last couple seasons
