Covergirl had a lipslicks shade called Edgy back in the day. It was my go to, then they discontinued it. ☹️Clinique’s Blacj Honey is ok, but it’s expensive and always sells out. Covergirl is back in the game with the Bliss You Berry, I am soooo happy! It wears better than Black Honey for a fraction of the cost!
I absolutely love this lip balm by CoverGirl! I have it in I Cherry-Ish You. People legit think that I’m actually wearing lipstick whenever I wear this lip balm ❤️🍒
I normally look for fragrance-free lip products (that's partly why I bought this lip balm), but in the case of this Covergirl product, I wish they'd included some vanilla or something: the natural scent of the oils/waxes makes it quite unpleasant to wear. It's definitely not expired or rancid, it just smells very oily/waxy: I have it in the shade 501 Deep Into Redwoods (a limited edition Earth Day release).
All the shades look good on you. You have neutral undertone, right? Mine is warm so wonder if the bliss you berry is ok for me.Do you think it is for cool or warm undertone?
Your video is so professional is what I'm trying to say! Thanks for the timestamps, for holding the product up next to your face, for the text on screen, and for the wear test!
I just picked up BLISS YOU BERRY at Walmart's. I really can't decide what color it is. It starts off looking brown, but then seems to change color. I've tried every blush I have, but nothing seems to match. Is it mauve, pink, orange, coral, red or plum???? I don't know. I've never used BLACK HONEY, but I do believe this is a dupe for it.
I think it has a slightly more plum undertone than the clinique black honey, but it is also quite a red plum. I would pair it with a more purple-leaning blush if you're going for a monochromatic look. If you're going for a more natural look, I've used both a peachy blush and a slightly more orange, darker pink blush, but applied with a lighter hand, and it looks absolutely fine with it.
