Coming right along TJay, I agree that fabric is not something to be afraid of. Follow the manual, and it should go good. I will be interested to hear how much your performance changes once these wings are on the Kitfox. I've got a complete Avid MK IV to recover this summer, so looking forward to getting back into it. Your wings are looking good, get er done, and get er back in the air! :-) Jim

Nice work. I agree about Oratex on the costs. I think its a good product but I've used Poly Fiber for years. I'm so old I still call it Stits.

My project came with a big roll of Oratex so of course I'm using it. If it was $4k for just the fabric to do wings, then it has gone up quite a bit recently - wow.

Hi TJ thanks for these videos very informative... what is the advantage of this new wing design and can you tell us more about it...what's the design called? can you get plans for it?...how is it different to the original KITFOX I and II wing? etc Also what are the dimensions of the spar tubes...many thanks keep up the good work
