Review of my customer service experience with Coversandall.
I did not receive what I ordered (wrong size and color). When discussing the issue with Coversandall via email I was repeatedly asked to send pictures showing the error in manufacturing, which I did, but then would get the same request when asking for status after they did not respond. I also tried calling, reached a person, and they sent me back into the same loop with sending pictures. After reading some reviews on Coversandall, this seems to be common practice when orders are manufactured in error. They know customers will just get frustrated and quit asking, especially since they are based out of India. I suggest looking at a domestic company (or other international) who would have better customer service. There are several manufactures of custom sized covers available.
I have included an Amazon affiliate link to help in your search for furniture covers. I would avoid Coversandall if they do advertise on Amazon and happen to show in the link. I doubt they will though, as Amazon expects good customer service from their suppliers, and has a very good return policy.

I suggest heading to YELP and reading the one star reviews on this company before ordering. Many many reviews about incorrect size order received, requests to take pictures/measurements, and a constant run-around with 'The Quality and Feedback team'. Many state they got the same response from them them saying 'their records state the product was made to the exact dimensions on the order'. I did call and speak to a representative (from India) following making the video trying to give them one more chance. They were very very apologetic, then sent me back to Gary in the 'quality' team where I got put back in the same loop of sending more pictures of the same measurements!! And they are even the incorrect color!!!! The service and product support is laughable. Buy elsewhere.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I work for a custom cover manufacturing service based out of the UK and quite often deal with customers who come to us via CoversAndAll. They portray themselves as both a US and UK based company (Australia too, it changes depending on where you're logging on from). To the best of my knowledge, aside from virtual addresses in the US and UK, the company is based ENTIRELY out of Ahmedabad in India. All phone numbers divert to India, and customer service representatives use Western sounding nicknames to make the service "feel" like it's based out of the US, UK or Australia. When you start to look closer however, there are various telltale signs that all is not what it seems. Delivery timescales are generally quite long because the company uses economy air freight services out of India, and when you start grilling customer support over online chat it becomes quite apparent that their grasp of the English language isn't great. Although we've had a few customers come to us after having durability/quality issues, the covers shown in your video actually look pretty decent, and it seems the main issue is simply slow or missing deliveries and poor customer service.

Yea I agree the quality of the covers seems up to par. But when you don’t get what you order and then just get the run-around, it is probably best to shop elsewhere. After I started the change-back process with my credit card company, they finally did reach back out to me and all of a sudden realized their error! They asked me to stop the charge-back process, but I refused until they corrected the order. Which they finally did. But what a complete waste of both my and their time it was.

Thanks for posting. Any recommendations for 25x25x5 outdoor chair covers? I've ordered several from amazon and they aren't actually waterproof.

No, sorry I do not have other recommendations. I would just google 'custom patio furniture covers' and see what results you get. Then spend a few minutes reading Yelp (or other) reviews for the particular company. If your chairs are a fairly standard size, you may just want to try your local big-box store. Such as Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Wal-Mart, etc.

Had the same experience. Size was way too small and they will not take responsibility when manufacturer size was given to them

Document their error then start the charge-back process with your credit card company. I did and that finally got their attention. They then asked me to halt the charge-back and they would ship what I ordered. I refused to stop the charge-back until they actually sent what I had ordered. As I assumed if I stopped it prior, I would never receive the corrected product. I assume they think most folks will just throw in the towel.

Yup... I now have a "custom tarp" I can't use because they actaully put velcro after specifically saying... dont put velcro. It would have been an extra cost to them to do that.... 🤨🙄🙄

If this was recent just start the charge-back/dispute process with your credit card company. When I did this it finally got their attention and they corrected my order. They did ask that I stop the process, but I refused to until they corrected their error. Horrible customer service to have to go that far.
