Review of my customer service experience with Coversandall.
I did not receive what I ordered (wrong size and color). When discussing the issue with Coversandall via email I was repeatedly asked to send pictures showing the error in manufacturing, which I did, but then would get the same request when asking for status after they did not respond. I also tried calling, reached a person, and they sent me back into the same loop with sending pictures. After reading some reviews on Coversandall, this seems to be common practice when orders are manufactured in error. They know customers will just get frustrated and quit asking, especially since they are based out of India. I suggest looking at a domestic company (or other international) who would have better customer service. There are several manufactures of custom sized covers available.
I have included an Amazon affiliate link to help in your search for furniture covers. I would avoid Coversandall if they do advertise on Amazon and happen to show in the link. I doubt they will though, as Amazon expects good customer service from their suppliers, and has a very good return policy.
