Those coyotes do idle high at start up, my 2015 mustang gt idles like that until it reaches 100 degrees head temp.

You might be able to find a complete 2003 2004 Cobra supercharged motor top to bottom won't need that much modifications to it to get it to work

That's because it is a Grand Marquis, the Marauder name is really just a handling and performance package. Just like the 94-96 Impala was for the Caprice.
