Lovely design, maybe a little more kitchen counter space would be nice. Good separation between bedrooms and good sizes. Appreciate that there seems to be quite a lot of storage/closet space. Thanks for the design.
Whats not to like, a great foyer, open floor plans that flows from one space to another and love the wrap around deck. It feels very country, a small house that feels large. This might be my fav house and floor plan.
This house would be perfect for my husband and I! Really like the open spaces and for the most part the layout of the home but I wish the master would have a much larger closet. Yes, I feel the master is lacking in the closet space and the master bath I'd get rid of the shower curtain, raise the floor up a bit and make it into a wet-room with a rain shower coming from the middle of the ceiling and a glass door
Everything is just right with this house. I love it when a house enters and not immediately with the first step in the living room. An entrance area does not have to be large, but separates just outside from inside and the shoes and jackets brings one also still under. In general, there is a lot of good storage space. That is super. The washing machine and dryer get their own room. Everything has enough space for itself from the room layout without stealing space from the other areas. Nothing feels cramped. I could actually move in here. 💜🏠👍
Unfortunately, that laundry room is an interior room - where does the dryer vent exit? Under the house? Same with the washer - where does the water drain??
In my country, you can't find a house to buy - or an apartment - without an entrence area for all the outdoor clothing. You also never wear shoes inside the house, because with Swedish weather, the house would become dirty fast. But even in sunny, dry and warm days, you still take your shoes off at the entrence. So watching houses without a proper hanging space or dressing room for jackets, shoes, hats, mittens and rubber boots and realize you walk straight into a living room feels puzzling to this mother of five.
I have written many times how beautiful your designs are. If I was to make a choice, it would not be an easy one! Now this home is more perfect than the last, if that's possible! I love it! Plenty of storage, good size kitchen and dinning area. And the nice big pantry!!!!! Wow! Bedrooms are good size, as well as, the bathrooms! Ample porch area...it's gorgeous!!! Tu ❤
Nice! A solid, single, front door with a window, to make room for a bench to put on shoes and boots.The window by the dining table is unecessary. Unless you send someone to help wash windows! 🤣 Love the barn doors in the kitchen.
Love the entrance, the bathroom, the bedroom, the living room with a beautiful fireplace, gorgeous, the kitchen, the laundry room and then the bedroom with it's own bathroom, the design is awesome, love it ♥️♥️♥️♥️
This home has got it all! I truly believe this size is your sweet spot for your designs! Love that the common areas and the private areas are nicely separated. And wonderful layout. Everything is functional, but classy and not feeling cramped. When can I buy one? Great design! Good job! Oh and a very nice interior design approach with the mellow use of the wood accents.
Ok! Hands down, one of the best ones you’ve created! Love the wrap around porch, love the entry way with closet for shoes, jackets, umbrellas, etc. Super cozy living room area with open kitchen floor plan which I love! I think making the living area and kitchen a shared space always makes a house feel cozier. And the back porch from the kitchen is so lovely. I could see myself enjoying dinner on a nice summer evening out there. And, wow! There’s so much closet space! I just love this house! Well done!!! 🤗❤
Looks nicely done. Kitchen counter space is a bit too small. Foyer could be smaller with a half bath instead of all that space. Love the open floor plan though and the master suite. I still need an open concept with 3BR, 2.5 bath and that large master suite with wall space for my bedroom furniture and home office.

Hi Mr Tran. Hope you’re having a wonderful week. This is a great design. I love the beamed ceiling in LR and the foyer is great plenty of room to move around in taking off you coat or sweaters or whatnot. I especially like that it is not incorporated into the LR. Plenty of storage. I think there is enough counter space in the kitchen but if someone wants more just extend the island a bit. Porches are great as usual. Bedrooms are more inviting. I wonder if the last design just had a lack of decor, but they seemed kinda of small. These are comfortable sizes. Nice walk-in closet in masterbr. A+ Mr Tran. Thanks again for sharing.❤😊❤
Almost...missing fully screened in porches that wrap entirely around with french doors off the Master Bedroom. A non attached heated 1.5 car Garage with an upstairs studio space and terrace (also screened in). Gas stove and oven (continuous water heater) and the second bedroom is an office, library, media room with a murphy bed for guests. The guest bedroom can be made more narrow to allow for the murphy bed. ❤🔥

You have nailed it firmly with this lovely home. The entrance hall is perfect, the layout of the rooms is spot on for comfort. Perdonally, I would separate the kitchen from the dining area by eliminating the island and making the kitchrn a U shaped work area, but that is strictly a personal preference. This is a jome that would live large and feel comfortable. Well done indeed.
I like this design a lot. For me, I would want to add a third bedroom and office. The third bedroom could be added by extending the front bedroom area to the side of the house, thus eliminating the side porch. I would then take that area and place the full bath between both bedrooms (the existing and new) so that both BRs are facing the front of the house with the bathroom in between and the porch in front. The repositioned 2nd bathroom would be situated on the other side of the wall from the en suite bathroom. To add an office, the back deck could be converted into a work space/office. Great design! Having a foyer is nice, but that one consumes a lot of square footage. There's not much kitchen counter space. You're going to need that island for food prep, so don't plan on sitting there to eat. I like the laundry area and the porches.
Love this one but for me to live in it I'd add a wall between livingroom and kitchen and ditch the big table for the wall and take away the island. The onsuit vould just be a half bath to make the laundry room bigger. Love the distance between the bedrooms and I'm really loving those barn doors. Love att the colors you chose but not to sure about the bed in the front of the house. Great job my love. ❤❤❤❤
