Re coffee table decor and children…mine were always bare!! But to elevate your look, something simple would be to add a tray under the pumpkin, with room for a candle…maybe a votive, even a LED tea light to avoid fire hazards.

Love how you decorate with God’s gifts from nature- nothing is more beautiful! My husband and I just gathered leaves, bittersweet vines, acorns , and pine cones to decorate our home on an island off the East coast. And you look so beautiful !
