There's a part of me that thinks I should have gone done the event planning route because I am so type A and that industry thrives on it haha. In my Halloween 2022 vlog I show last year's party a little bit but I will be sure to show more footage from this year's fiesta 🖤💜

🎃 The Final Girl Support Group is a polarizing book that I don't plan on reading anytime soon but hearing you raved about it definitely piqued my interest. It'll be interesting to see which side I'm on. 🤭 And LOL at the odd looking pumpkin. If it wasn't so expensive I'd have bought it as a joke. 😂 As usual, great vlog Lauren!

i looooved the beginning of this vlog. The ambiance was so spot-on. If i were into make up, i'd buy that palette for sure lol The final girl support group was very enjoyable (not a 5 for me but almost!), it was just so well written but it was missing something. I love re-readings! i started doing that this year, and there is something very special about re-reading a 5 star book.

I'll have to give that Riley Sager book a try, he's not anywhere near being on my favourite author list but you never know. I'm right there with you on The Only One Left. Riley Sager seems to be a hit or miss for me. Disliked Final Girls, loved Home Before Dark. The Only One Left was right in the middle. It just did way too much at the end. Anyway, this was a fun vlog! 🎃

Now, I want to reread The Final Girl Support Group! I didn't do audiobook the first time and I think it's narrated by Andrienne King from Friday the 13th! We are so totally opposite in our horror loves - I hated final girl support group and loved the new Riley Sager. It will be fun to see where we align and don’t! I too love corpse bride. It’s one of my favorite all time movies and definitely my favorite Burton film (although, Beetlejuice and Dark Shadows are close behind). I wonder if it’s our generational curse to feel guilty for doing things we enjoy and being surrounded by things that make us happy. But keep enjoying making your space your’s. Ooo did you like the VILLA? It wasn't a fave of mine BUT I had a whole lot of fun identifying the allusions and references the author added in relation to Mary Shelley's life within the plot and the characters.
