Great day for airsoft. I mixed up the footage to go from the regular style MilSimJunkie you all have learned to love combined with POV footage that I have been using lately. This way it puts you in all the action as well as give you both sides of the story. If this works out well I will keep doing things this way.
Steve is using a GoPro Hero 2
MilSimJunkie is using a Contour Roam
Dont worry I still have the GoPro, I picked up the Contour as an extra =)

Badass Kid of the day - Austin, who is a two time cancer survivor. He lost his eye to cancer but is stil living his life like any other kids. Rock on lil' bro!

hey milsimjunky im been a while seen your videos before i saw alot of airsoft videos in youtube but i always like to wacht out your stuff couse you really show more beyond of playing a skirmish you show real people playing airsoft who love this great and wonderfull hobbie and itrs for all us inspiratvie to get more and more thanks bro you have a nice day and keep it up saludos camarada ;D

@shadowdra141 Good question. They still stay in contact with me every now and again. Most of them are busy trying to finish their schooling. Good for them! Hopefully they will be back on the playing field again soon.

@evildevo714 Its a GoPro Hero 2 which can record either 1080p or 720p. I believe his footage was recorded in 720p

@WindOfArctic I agree. At my field, we have to put paintball barrel covers on our guns when were not playing, so no matter what, bb's can't be discharged. We call them barrel condoms.

@xPrimer13 Yes, it has the latest firmware. The contour has a limiter, when sound peaks it cuts some of the sound, like ear pro. Ill try to redue the update hopefully it works...Thanks for watching!

@MudHut67 The cylinder in the AEG is ported for the 363mm Barrel, so when you use one that is significantly shorter the BB leaves the barrel before being fully accelerated.

@WindOfArctic All weapons are cleared before you leave the field of play. magazine out, fire a few to clear the chamber, safety on. BB's will never get jammed where they can feed as long as you clear the weapon before hand. Also, he was aiming at his rifle case when he fired just in case.

@David H they actually have a 0 -feet engagement rule now allowing you to use everything in the buildings your just told not to go for head shots. the reason being chief wants to keep it realistic and in reality you wouldnt switch to your pistol when oing threw a house or building you would use your primary.

they run 400 feet per second for all guns (its like a bee sting) and pistols are generally about 315 and required for use within buildings because 400 within a few feet will draw blood.

usually you can recognize at least some teammates and when your not sure its never a bad thing to call out to them and ask just be prepared to shot if they're not on the same team

@Nitoryuu The FPS difference has to do with the barrel bore difference (the long barrel is a Madbull 6.03mm tight bore) and the cylinder being over ported for the short barrel.

Everything looked great but there was one thing that bugged me and that was that when you are going through a doorway don't stop and pause but push through as fast as you can. It is called the fatal funnel, don't die in the fatal funnel.

@brothers69grim not necessarily. if he has a longer barrel, that right away makes the fps increase by 20-30 fps. maybe 15-30fps. and if he has an extreme tight bore, 6.01 mm for example ( which is only 0.01mm bigger than the bb itself, that would increase the fps even more.
