I was thinking maybe some finely chopped celery added to the mix. Also as a personal preference a tiny dash of Cayenne for a little zing. ❣️

A little more lemon, maybe. And yes, salt is important for flavor. Chefs add just a little sugar to many things. Just enough to bring out the flavor.
