Hi Ashutosh, I have recently received an offer from thoughtworks for application developer role. I m having 1.3 yrs of experience and CTC offered to me is 11.1LPA. I just want to know from your view, if this compensation is fair or less as they mentioned they give same compensation for all people less than 2 yrs of experience.

Core question is why would someone be frustrated with DSA, what does it show about him, will he be a good problem-solver if his mind resists solving puzzles? DSA is the best way of checking general aptitude in software engineering interviews.

@@SoumyajitBhattacharyay Sir I have one backlog in 5th semester which I am not able to clear in 7 th Semester and I can only give its exam in December , can I get a job with one active backlog , i am good at DSA , and give every contest on codeforces and leetcode , I have solved more than 500+ problem on leetcode and recently started to learn frontend , please help me and others like me , please guide us for which companies we should apply.

It all depends on the company and the range for that in a company. Generally, years of experience do not matter but the role.for which you are being selected matters
