Craft with Me - Tutorial - Lace Pages! 

This is gorgeous I absolutely love lace

All I can say is, SIMPLY GORGEOUS!!!

OO-oo-oo! that flower lace is beautiful!! Seeing all that lovely cross stitching so reminds me of my youth...Hungarian Mom had me doing hand embroidery when I was only 4 years old. I may have squawked at cutting into any of the pillowcases or table pieces I completed! Love the auditioning process you employ. I use lace trims on cards and photo mini albums...new to using this much lace to create covers and pages. It's going to take quite a while to amass a selection of flat laces to draw upon...there goes any form of a budget!! Ha! Ha! Memories of when I first learned to sew on a treadle machine...I remember how good it felt to use my newly learned cuss words (only when my parental unit was out of the room) when that machine would jump into reverse! Happened every time I didn't keep an even rocking rhythm with my foot...Oh, my...those were the days. Many thanks for posting this enjoyable video...much appreciated!

Such a beauty Gayle. Fun tutorial. It is a wonder to me only one picket got sewn closed. This was a mind bender for sure. The lace WILL be more than enough. No pocket needed. Loved your belly band. The page looks amazing in your journal. It is so weird, I find I often hold my breath while watching so many videos.

I adore this lace page ! It's a feast for my eyes. I have heard "quick like a bunny" my whole life. When I said it to my kids they always hopped like a bunny to wherever they were going. Lovely memory, Gayle. Thank you 🌹

My mind is exploding! This is sooooo totally gorgeous! Can't wait to try something like this. Thanks so much for sharing. I haven't watched your videos for a couple years because they remind me too much of my husband. We used to lie in bed at night, him reading his Kindle and me watching one of your videos... And I would always look over and see him actually watching your video too. 😂 It was so cute. If I decided to read instead, he would say, where's your pal Gayle? After he died, there were too many memories wrapped up with your videos for me to watch. But now I think I'm going to have to binge to catch up. ❤️ Now your videos seem like kind of a bridge back to him. I know he would have loved this one. He was very artistic and knitted sweaters for a living. Of course, your videos are absolutely fantastic on their own too, without all the emotional stuff.

I yelled so loud I scared my dog, “Gayle don’t sew the pocket shut” I guess you didn’t hear me because of your hubbies game upstairs :). I absolutely love this lace page. And now I have a confession I have a brand new sewing machine still in the box I bought 3 months ago. I even went to Walmart and bought everything needed from universal sewing machine needles to the ever needed tomato pin cushion. Well you just put the bee in my bonnet to break it out and “giterdone”. I have not sewn anything on a machine for well over 20 years so I guess it’s time! 💖💖💖

I have 2 huge tubs of lace in my basement. Guess what I’m going to start on tomorrow?? I love this and your instructions are great. Thanks again Gayle

Love the Lace Page! I got some lace and trim from junksistersjournals shop you recommended. Amazing! And since I sew, I put you on 1.5 speed and it is fun to watch you zip! LOL! After watching RU-vid instructional videos for a few years, someone finally mentioned the speed setting. So helpful to slow down a bit of knitting, or speed up when you don't have a full hour to watch. Looking forward to choosing something from the Talk amongst yourselves merch. I talk to my cats when you say this! Thanks for all your positive energy, Gayle, I need the extra boost during these crazy, uncertain times.

So excited that you are doing a tutorial on this lace page. I admired it when you showed it on previous video. I’ve never seen one before as a page in a journal.
