@@becm1395 It might be possible but you'll go through some saw blades and need a quality metal one. Probably better to use a cut off wheel instead if possible.

Honestly, don't even bother with their brushed tools. Overpriced for what they are, not worth buying at all. Brushless? You're literally getting last generation basic DeWALT brushless tools, just painted red and with the "Craftsman" name slapped on them. Which, quite frankly, is a great deal considering the price of Craftsman's brushless line of tools. That's literally what you're getting. For the DIYer, that is SWEET. For the Pro? Yeah, stick with the latest DeWALT brushless tools.

Yeah I agree and correct SBD (Stanley Black and Decker) is letting products roll through the line, and Craftsman consumers at the brushless line benefit. The brushless line is always on sale and when the model is superseded, Lowe's will put them on clearance and I've gotten 1-2 for amazing prices. Thanks for watching! 🛠️

Hi, I just purchased this today at Lowes, it is on a special NOW, buy the battery and GET THE OSCILLATING TOOL FREE FREE!!!!! I paid in total 100.change, mine is the CMCE5008. I'm a newbie, not sure of the differences. These batteries are crazy expensive BUT very versatile!!!
