Good save on that jet. I have broken my share of micro drill bits in the pilot jet.

Nice job and nice video. Best sounding run at the end I've ever heard for this model. My pilot jet gets stuck and I solve it by buying a new carb for $10. I'm on my third one. This method, drilling the pilot to .017, looks like a great option.

Suks that ya broke that nice bit, nice kit too.. I got my stuff waaaaay back in the hotroddin days,, machinist supply.. I keep a Tecummy Carb needle keeper, it fits most of these little holes! & comes with its own needle holder lol I often show it when cleaning a tecummy carb or any other when applicable! I like working outside too, was out all day yesterday. I have 4 worktables outside. Different types and heights. I keep thinkin on grabbin the old patio block that I have a bunch of tractors on,,,why do they get the patio block and I stand in the grass and mud? At my old house that's what I had, nice patio block in the yard with a full setup and a small shed was all plus a small basement crawl space that you could stand between the rafters,,,watch ya head!!!

@7:35 Get yourself a locking socket extension and it won't detach from the spark plug socket.

Nice tip on the jet removal Ken and those silicone plug removal tools look like they will prevent a lot of aggravation.

Tell me it Ain't So, Ken MAKES MISTAKES, No Way I hate it when I break tools. I once had a shop try to charge me for one of there tools they broke while doing work for me. Needless to say I had to pay cause I wanted my engine block back.
