@craziigaming927 no one wants to be immortal. Literally, I've seen this talk so many times but not a single person I've seen actually wants to be. What people actually want is more time or be in control of their time.
Is he sustained by magic and not metabolic combustion like the rest of us? Without oxygen, your metabolism slows down, so your immune system slows down. When it slows past a certain point, it can no longer protect you from the bacteria in your GI tract. You will be digested from the inside out so even if oxygen was returned there wouldn't be any fuel to restart life.

Mr.immortal, is truly immortal. For no matter what happens, he will remain. When all other being are gone and/or dead, he will still be there. By then even The One Above all, will be gone, for only Mr.Immortal is a true immortal, and as the vid said, he will be the only, ONLY one to see the truth at the end. To know the secrets is something he, and he alone will be around to do. The One Above all is a being already. It is not a title suddenly given further, he will not gain any power. Worse than that, everything you know and love will disappear around you and you will continue to exist without any of it, which makes attachments to people that much worse. Mr. Immortal seems to be immortal in the truest sense of the world. The manga Undead Unluck seems to have a character with a similar level of immortality, so you can use that as a guess on what Mr. Immortal will experience.
It was always vague as if his immortality meant he would outlive the Living Tribunal too. If so then it would just be him and The One Above All having a chat at the end. As for characters like Wolverine, Deadpool and others with crazy regen and immortality-like abilities, they all have their own means to permanently die; none if them are actually immortal like Mr Immortal is.

Screw that. Say it works, and for some reason, it doesn't repair itself after death when he regenerates. Yes, he wouldn't feel pain anymore he also wouldn't feel pleasure anymore as well. You can't have one without the other. So, like I said f**k that.

Immortality usually means you can't die by normal ways like injuries, sickness etc. Thanos is immortal but can be killed. That's why I'm this short he said he has true Immortality.

Yeah, very unlikely, because technology in the Marvel universe wouldn't stagnate over billions of years and would continue evolving. Just look at how far our technology has come in just a few centuries. If we consider Kang, who's from the 31st century, his advanced technology proves that innovation continues. By the time billions of years pass, technology would likely be so advanced that even suffocation in space could be overcome because he likely build a ship. It's like saying that if you take someone and throw them in a city with endless resources then come back ten years later they would still be on the streets-they'd adapt and thrive over time.

I think those final thoughts were so refreshing and enjoyable to hear. In all reality, in my opinion, what kills different genres of media (creepypasta, mascot horror, etc) is people claiming repeatedly that the genre is dying to their audiences, causing them to intentionally avoid those genres under the precedent that anything made in it is automatically shit. "90% of everything is shit" should be a quote everyone should remember before dismissing forms of media without a second thought.
He could always put himself into a coma, or cryogenically freeze himself, or since he's in the marvel universe he could go around collecting powerful artifacts and learn the mystic arts to make his life easier or to be able to travel to the end of time.
Marvel has created too many characters like there is someone who can copy the exact power of others, or Legion who can have any power he want. Could they also get true immortality? (if they want to) There is also a guy with super healing that can even resurrect people and himself

Because being immortal would probably cause several changes to the physical body. Some immediate, some over time. instead of deleting, maybe the brain could just grow. You already experience it, the memories of the past gets hazier with time without you realizing it. Expand it to 1000 years and the memories of the first 100 years may just be a blur in your mind, with the countless faces you met long gone from your memory. It’s how your brain protect itself from info overload.
