You guys are correct! I have both and unless it’s something that needs time whipping or kneading I absolutely prefer to use my hand beaters. The KA is heavy and more work to clean!
Made this during a snowy/cold Saturday. My first baking attempt in my life (57). It turned out sooo good. Luckily I made 2 and took the second to a meeting and was called aside many times with folks wanting the recipe. Hats off to you Natasha. This made a Monday morning meeting ….yummy 😋
I made this yesterday, and it was so so so amazing! I wasn't sure if my family would like it because we have never eaten fresh cranberries, just always dried ones, but I can always trust Natasha with her recipies!

When my kids were little I made them eat before opening Christmas gifts. I started making Cranberry/orange/walnut muffins bc they were fast and easy. We all loved the muffins.
I just made this and it is sooo delicious!! I love that it doesn't have a lot of butter in it, and no oil (I don't like greasy cakes). It feels light and fluffy and actually not too sweet, so definitely listen to Natasha and add the glaze! Staple recipe for sure. Only piece of the cake is left btw haha
I stumbled on this recipe while searching the internet for a tasty recipe for cranberry orange bread, and you did not disappoint. This bread has the right balance between cranberry and orange, not overly sweet, moist, and packed with flavor. I opted just to dust with confectioner sugar v. glazing. DELICIOUS!
Cranberry-orange muffins are my absolute favorite weakness, so I’m definitely going to make this bread as soon as I can get to the store! It looks delicious!
This bread is awesome! I made it today and could barely wait for it to cool before tasting it! 😋 I didn’t have fresh cranberries so I used the dried ones (craisins). I presoaked them in some hot water for about 15 minutes to add moisture and although the tanginess wasn’t quite obvious, the overall taste was really delicious and the texture was soft and fluffy. 😊I made this today with two changes. Gluten free and baked in a bundt pan. It is delicious!! The flour I always use for all of my baking is gluten free Namaste all purpose flour.

Orange Cranberry Bundt cake is already on my Christmas menu list. My family enjoyed it so much that I made it twice! I already got the cranberries and they’re in the freezer ready😃
@@nalleliespinoza5920 hello, I did with both, cranberry and blueberry with orange, I prefer with blueberry one, I find cranberry's sharp taste was overwhelming in the bread. So blueberry is defo for me. And maybe I will use yogurt too in the future, just need to know the right measurement😁😁All the best
For health watchers who’d make a healthier version but cannot glaze the cake I recommend you brush it with diluted fruit jam with hot water or leave the cake in pan, poke it with a toothpick all over, sparingly then pour orange juice and let sit for about a half hour before transferring it to your serving plate. If opting for a sweeter top, drizzle with honey and shake ground coconut over it until it’s covered. 🖐🏻😀 Enjoy food guilt free.

I just made this today. Absolutely delicious. I also made the sugared cranberries to dress it up a bit. I didn’t expect them to taste nice but they are pretty so I wanted them to serve the cake with. The sugared cranberries are DELICIOUS! I have never eaten them before and I can’t stop nibbling! To anyone else in the UK who isn’t sure, please give them a go, they’re like nature’s Tangfastics but milder.

We made the cranberry bread and it came out delicious. We also made fruit loaf for Christmas by substituting fresh cranberries with dried fruits and it also came out delicious. Thank you Natasha for the recipe.
I never had cranberry bread. It looks really delicious. Everything yiu make is delicious. I make a bread that has cinnamon, pumpkin spice, brown sugar and vanilla. Then I add walnuts, raisins. Bananas, blueberries and strawberries. I use the flour trick too so the contents don't sink to the bottom.. I know it sounds crazy but you should try it. People go nuts literally over it. 🙄
For those who want to try this without sugar- I skipped the sugar and it still was great! Cranberries has their own sugar if you buy dried. It has now became one of my favorites!
