Hi Stephanie! Those muffins look delicious! Wish I had some cranberries on hand; I'd make these today. Did your beautiful dog like the taste? HA! Merry Christmas to you and your family. :)
Merry Christmas Joy! I wanted to know what Brand and type of cooking plate it is that you use? Is it an Induction Burner or a electric cooking burner? Thank you so much
I just made those muffins they’re great. But i have 2 issues. Do we need to add corn starch to thicken the sauce? Also the amount of baking powder is high, where the muffins buffs so high.
You don't need cornstarch. Just cook the sauce until it starts to thicken and then let it cool. Typically you add 1 teaspoon of baking powder for 1 cup flour. The amount of baking powder is only slightly more than that, and as you saw the muffins were not that high.
I have two questions: 1.) Can I use a different fruit like raspberries or blueberries instead of cranberries? 2.) Why do you have to put a well in the center of the dry before adding the wet? I'm just curious X3
Hi Stephanie, very unusuel that recipe. normaly you make an upside down CAKE but upside down MUFFINS is interesting. I will try this very soon i hope. BTW, you have a very nice christmas tree. Hope you and yours have a wonderful and happy holidays. Question: is there gonna be a video of you next Thursday (Dec. 29) ??? Thanks. ♥
I wonder how well these would work with the canned whole berry cranberry sauce. 😂 I just have some in the house, and these look so good! And it’s not exactly cranberry season right this second.
Amandus Alice It night work if you pre-soak the cranberries in some cranberry juice overnight to plump them up. But the texture will be very different from fresh.
Nobody is going to weigh out 25 grams for each muffin. I will say though, it's amazing that you know the conversion numbers for e/thing! But either way, to have said _"Evenly distribute the cranberries into the 12 muffin tins, which is approx a full TBS"_ is more easily u/stood than assigning a *WEIGHT* to the measure of cranberries.
