I have always been taught to go directly below the top sheave and then skip after to get your four wraps. I didn’t think it was good for the sheaves to pull from the outside over to number two.
Hi Del, when you say 06:34 "you have to turn the key and you can jib down further", do you mean the silver key next to the yellow "Enter" button on every Liebherr LTM computer? Is this silver key used to go past the chandelier and overhoist too please?
When lifting the boom out of the cradle you cant see the hook height, so that device allows you to see hook height over front of cab. Otherwise you may damage front of crane or usually u smash the front windscreen
