STR 9 and the G3C are game changers. I have been EDCing the G3C more often than my Shield these days. I might have to get the Ruger American in 7.62x39. Just wish it had iron sights.

@@crankygunreviews But have their other models increased in quality? I'm skeptical. Also, years ago I read a fellow had to spend $90 to ship his Taurus in for "warranty" service. I don't know how long he had it before sending it in. Maybe Taurus will pay shipping if the firearm was bought within a year.

I have a Tristar Raptor ATAC (tacticool model) and it is very reliable with light and heavy loads. I never clean that thing and it has never had a failure. I use it for Turkey hunting and testing slugs that I cast and reload. I also have the S&W Victory as seen in your picture; it is a great .22 auto and very reliable, good sights.

Yes see the mvp didn’t cycle like that at all whatsoever. Apparently the Ruger really perfected the AR mag in a bolt gun design. My issue was I was a idiot when I did my research. And watched all the big time guntubers that were getting paid to review the Mossberg mvp. Instead of actually digging deep to see what real people were saying about them.

The Ranch in 7.62x39 uses Mini30 mags. The first few times I used this one, it loaded very hard, but I’m using Promag mags and they’re not known to be good

In reference to your "worst guns video." Right up front I am a Glock fan boy I've never had a Glock fail me over 30+ years, until yesterday. I just picked up a brand new G28. I put 32 rounds through it and had 29 stovepipes. Glocks response via a phone call I made was the PMC FMJ ammo I used was weak. I replied is Hornady Critical Defense weak too? They said send it back for evaluation, I did. Also the magazines are extremely difficult to load and only accepts 9 rounds rather than 10. In short its trash.

Stoeger. Owned by Beretta. Engineered in Germany, Built in Turkey. - It’s a Glock g3 clone with a M&P grip angle. it accepts g3 parts. no kidding. I grabbed up the Combat version 4-5 years ago totally on a whim. it was sub500 and has every upgrade you could want. 3 mags. threaded match barrel. flat faced trigger -looks like an overwatch precision knock off. suppressor ht fiber optic sights. optics cut with 5 metal mounting plates. magwell extension. steel guide rod. and a set of 3 back straps. its a great bargain pistol. perfect bedside blaster that if it ends up in the evidence locker at the local PD you will only be out a few hundies.

@@crankygunreviews taurus 856 comes in ca- and ma-compliant versions. every jurisdiction that allows handguns imposes no capacity restrictions on 6-shot revolvers. taurus offers a lifetime warranty. i specifically noted “non-gunner.” a revolver enjoys a simple, one-handed, intuitive manual of arms. reload? easier and cheaper to buy a speedstrip than a stoeger mag. is not accuracy heavily operator-dependent? why can’t we say that a taurus 856 is “surprisingly good” as the $300 revolver alternative to semiauto pistols for a civilian whose threats are commonly addressed by “3 shots in 3 seconds at 3 feet” if a handgun is used at all?
