Welcome to a video series where I'll be covering every track in CTR:NF, talking about little tips and tricks to help clear N. Tropy, Oxide, and Velo Time Trial Ghosts, general areas to help shave off time, run-throughs of Ring Rally, and my overall thoughts on the tracks and how they play in other modes, such as online matchmaking.

This first episode is much longer than the videos that will proceed it, as it also talks briefly about some of the techniques that I'll mention during the series (Blue Fire, Sacred Fire, Yellow Fire, U-Turns), how Ring Rally works, and then also has a lot of candid talking about how the rest of the series will play out from here. Expect future episodes to be closer to 6-10 minutes.

Also because showing online gameplay would require me to either dig through VODs to find times I've played a specific track, or host private lobbies, neither of which I'm really interested in doing. Controller in the corner is subject to go away because I'm not super thrilled about the idea of re-recording time trials for every track, when I have perfectly good recordings of person bests already lying around. Hopefully I'll be able to stay on a consistent schedule for this.

Thanks for the video! I found the initial explanation very helpful because I never understood u turn until now. I used to brake and THEN push down 🤭 I can’t wait for the explanation of some of the harder tracks

my PB is 1:17:61 Crash cove love the video xD and yea with speed Coco for ring rally i did 10 1/2 laps but i think u can get even further

bro I'm insanely frustrated, what you're saying is making sense but I cannot get that extra jump after the bridge and it looks like the turbo after that is crucial, can't get below a 28 second lap

I literally can't stand when people call mid-air U-turns "Air-Brakes." Like, it was called U-turns in the original, so like... why the fuck do they rename it?
