If you feel like having a dessert have this healthy blueberry cake - perfect for weight loss. It is a much better option: low in calories, good amount of protein and tastes so good! You can make it ahead, store it in the fridge and bake it in the morning.
Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup sweetener (monkfruit sweetener)
2 whole large eggs
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk or 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 oz wild blueberries
1 oz walnuts (optional)
1 tsp baking powder

Try "steel cut oats " it is a healthy version ,and you do not have to grind them ! 😘

I do use them for oatmeal and they are delicious but take long to cook. Have you tried to bake with them?

my favorite breakfast ; 1% milk ,steel cut oats with apple , pear and cinnamon - or with berries nuts and seeds . I did used that oatmeal in your recipes it works ! 👍😋

The video lists half cup of milk while your ingredients list one cup of milk. I’m a bit concerned about making this recipe. I want it to come out successfully but I’m not sure which quantity to use. 🫤
