I am an old physiotherapist in Australia. This is a great collation. Most are excellent compound movements for muscles that atrophy with Western llfestyle (lots of slumpy sitting).
Another outstanding video presentation, Cori! As a 64 year young woman I know that incorporating even just a few of these crawls will greatly enhance my physical mobility, strength and endurance along with stimulating more neural pathways/brain function. A great addition to my primal movement workouts. Thank you, Cori! 👍😊
I think crawling exercises should be considered as nescessary as pushups pullups situps and squats, since they work muscles that we rarely use. when we were babies we gained large strength gains from crawling exercises. and that is how we built up the foundational stability muscles to be able to go upgright later on.
Did all these crawling exercises yesterday, 2 sets of each across 35 minutes and it was freaking awesome - as a 50 year old I recommend them big time. It’s the variation to the normal run of the mill Calisthenics that makes them so appealing, but it’s definitely hard work. The looks on the faces of the other members was priceless 😁 Another winner Cori 👍🏻
Excellent strength, mobility and overall fitness. You really are very very good. I got through the first few reasonably well, but I know I’m going to be sore. You won yourself a fan. 👍
We are using this in our PE class since online school started to be a thing.. our professor sent us this and I must say this is really challenging if you don't excercise daily hahah
Alright, a little intimidating to see you cruise through all these movements in such agile fashion, when I'm not sure I could get through any one of them. But I get that it's an intro and will check out your other offerings. Appreciate the knowledge and inspiration!
It's fun to do too! I did it! It is fun! Thanks to your video. Other crawl videos are either boring or full of excessive talks. Yours is just energizing music, and with so many variations.
Steven from Phoenix Arizona here; excellent tutorial...............! Thanks for sharing. We always receive extremely valuable TIPS from the PT community. It's up to us to implement them. I'll definitely be implementing this one.
you are a powerhouse of energy! this video is absolutely explosive 🧨.. i do normal crawls daily like bear crawls and i know how effective that is; these are just mindblowing; i might include some in my daily routines ; Thank you very much this is such a great video... people ignore crawling in their routine have no idea how powerful crawling exercises are.. 🫶🏻
AWESOME VIDEO!!! I actually viewed this a while ago, and have since incorporated some of these crawls as part of my dynamic stretching workout. SO MUCH to learn from this channel!!! Subbing right now!!!! You are incredible👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿!
+Gwendolyn Bien-Aime Glad you've been putting them to use! And thank you! If you ever have any questions or want specific moves, don't hesitate to ask!
it should be implemented highly after the working hrs or starting before morning breakfast should not be skipped after working hrs if they start would be greatest support in the same place or does in the cabin or common floor would help to benefit boss and staff , all will happy to keep fit and family happy
Cori, your collection of crawling patterns is splendid. Sometimes I am practicing some pattern with my patients. Some love it, some just sweat like hell. I love doing it myself. I hope you do not mind putting this video on my blog. At the moment I am writing about crawling and this video would underpin the text and give the readers some nice patterns for self practicing. The blog is about Feldenkrais.
Thank you and thanks for sharing the video! Glad you love crawling too. And I firmly believe that everyone loves to hate crawling because it is oh so good and challenging!
Sweet Moses- what a find! Very comprehensive, clear and well produced. (❤️the music- who is it? )Thank you 🙏 One request: lareral (sideways) alligator crawl? 🤓
Very nice!!- Great vid! Thank you so much! Definitely some varieties I've not seen before. I'm really wanting to go through every one in the next couple weeks for a challenge. -Thanks again!
I am absolute beginner, (age 64,),am I supposed to do full body workouts daily or on alternate days to give" rest" to muscles?Am I required to wear supporter? My primary aim is to prevent loss of muscle mass during weight loss. My current weight is 80.3 KG and my target is 72 KG.TIME frame 6 months. My current muscle mass is 28.1%.
Really gotta try some of these crawls im a huge fan of training the core with rollouts and planks with added resistance vs situps because those movements are functional just like this crawling
@@redefiningstrengthOC yes traing the core for stability is much more productive and will carryover better to increasing poundages on conpound lifts and real world strength
