In one of your previous video you ask did backlever will serve as skill transfer ability for planche answer is yes reason same scapula postion,same muscle working arm backward but doing same shoulder flexible different angle but same function so before doing straddle planche unlock full back lever one step farword from planche pronated backlever for safety purpose hopefully i helped if i am wrong correct me Edit , watched new gornation interview of yaad Mohammad he say back lever put as same pressure on elbow as maltese but i think he is talking about supernated back lever not pronated

Other skills could transfer to backlever, but as he says in the video, backlever dont give to much to other skills .)

Great series Daniels ! For woman category in my opinion they should change rules for points in category of strength/statics. Female in dynamics are the beasts as we can see. Shoutout to all athletes. You performed insane skills which were great spectacle ! It give a lot of motivation to workout even harder ! Peace & love

You can’t only juge the skill. Not a complete planche push up? Okay, but have u ever seen a better one from a girl? Compare those and juge on this fact. If you don’t have, then give her full points on this. If there is a girl that can do better ones, then juge on the fact how much better it was from the other girl

The reason that they have rules and judge like this is to eliminate bias and make the judgment as objective as possible. Otherwise favourite athletes could get more points for example

Well the rules says other wise, and you are looking at this with feelings. Imagine if you were a judge, you would be bias and not follow the rules as it is meant to :)
