Yes, totally agree! It is FOR SURE needed in the US…..it is desperately NEEDED! We also need it here in 🇨🇦, but it would be under our Bill of Rights (which gets trashed daily here, much like the US constitution). What the black guy did is considered felonious assalt. He could get up to 4 yrs in jail. “Felonious Assault must be intentional (and not accidental), even though actual touching is not necessary. There is no way not to interpret his movements as aggressive and was about to hit someone. I flinched watching coming at the camera. And he swung more than once. So he was using those pliers as a weapon. It is just a matter of time when he will hit someone with it. Needless to say he shouldn't have that on him.
