@auditingamerica You're gonna have to get your connections in the surrounding area and do another audit there asap. Especially when that supervisor, that call the PD on you,. Is working. Give us that update.. Please.
knowing they are being filmed as well is just beyond stupid. They think they are policing in the 1980's. Make up their own laws, enforce them with physical force and then manipulate and lie about their actions to judges and the general public. Dumb dumbs don't realise that don't work when everything is being recorded. Morons
Yeah it shiats me off how they seem to think that public space has the same restrictions as private space - no they do not, private space anyone can be kicked off for any reason, but public space needs a crime.
Police: Public property is property that is owned by a guy named public. That's how I keep telling it to myself as the only way they can be that ignorant.
well asselmo didn't finish the paragraph where it said except when Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule
not according to DHS you don't and where is the memo that says you can an why was one auditor convicted of filming on postal property@@princesspiplaysbass
Without the auditors there would be no problems from people in public that doesn't know the laws of the constitution because nobody would be going around recording everything and everybody in public. Just because someone wants to prove they can record in public doesn't make it ethical to our morals. And if RU-vid/Google didn't exist the people that call themselves auditors recording in public would not even exist. I'm all for proving our rights but the auditors are only doing it to get views on RU-vid to make $. Maybe RU-vid needs to abolished this action from their platform.
@@ROOSTERNEWTONJOHN it doesn't matter that the auditors enjoy making a little money while doing it. the fact is it exercises rights and just like a muscle if you don't exercise them you lose them. government employees and cops alike get used to treating people like they did to start this video and when they get away with it long enough they start to think it is normal and acceptable and just like any bully when they think it's ok they just take it further and further. This helps everyone involved. How you have found a negative in that is crazy to me and is just more proof that people like yourself are born to be slaves.
okay frauditor worshipper. don’t call the firefighters, emts, doctors, dentists, police, etc. make sure you call your frauditors when you need help. especially call frauditing america, fraudit them, frauditing the USA, frauditor delete lawz
Of all the Postal Videos watched, this supervisor is the worst. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy needs to view these videos and take action. Thank you Auditing America for your Patriotism.
I dont remember where but just a few days ago I saw an audit where a postmaster admitted they had been informed about auditors and to be respectful! She was being very cordial.
It's amazing the absolute disdain these officers show the public!!! The amount of disrespect and the level of entitlement that they show is disgraceful!!!👎
LMAO @"Family Matters." As someone who was a teenager in the early 1990s, I wouldn't have been able to refrain from saying: "Oh man, I used to love that show! That Steve Urkel was hilarious!" Then I would've said that I had a cousin with "Full House" tattooed on his arm! 😂😂😂
@@iisaryan3045 I wonder how many times people have teased her about that. I know you and I and the few people who "liked" the comment can't be the only ones who noticed this!
@@iisaryan3045 She should get a portrait tattoo of 'Steve Urkel' with the caption: "Did *I* do that?!" over it, right next to the 'Family Matters' tattoo, then it would be complete. lol
That female officer seems like she just woke up from in her patrol car, and this call is nothing but a bother to her. She's upset that she had to show up
The Sergeant wasn't any better. He just let his officer's get away with their rude and unprofessional behavior, and even let them do it right in front of him. I can see that the problem comes from the top down amongst these three officers. Pathetic!
@@georgiacitizen7175 Possibly, and I agree it’s sad and that’s the world we live in, but we shouldn’t be worried about people claiming false racism, especially if it keeps us from doing our job of serving the public and upholding our rights. People will always claim to be a victim of racism, even when it’s not true because they know that many people are afraid to be called a racist. We shouldn’t let these types of false threats deter us.
ARE YOU HIGH!? IF YOU HELD THE LIARS ACCOUNTABLE THE GUYS WITH THE CAMERAS ARE MUCH MORE SCARY AND A PUBLIC THREAT!?!?!!!! Estas loco Carlos! Estas MUCHO loco!!!!
This is ridiculous! No one working at Post Office knows their own regulations which is posted on the wall. The police should also know the Constitutional Amendments!
That guy knows the ammendments because he was forced to learn them when he became a citizen he's from Puerto Rico who really steadies the ammendments if you don't have to , they come to America and they want to rule , they need to fight for thier rights in thier country.
The point that everyone (so far) has missed is that there are video cameras all over every post office in America. If the ghetto officer or the Sergeant has simply asked, they could have reviewed the in-house video coverage and Poster 7!
A sincere and objective cop would have asked to see your video. The fact that the cops did not ask to see the video tells you everything you need to know.
Probably because nobody wants to watch a video of a loser in a post office harassing the employees idk how I even came across tgis I wish I could talked my view back😂😂😂
@@dark_sky_guyYour opinion is common of viewers that stumble on this type of content, but many millions of them worldwide quickly become fans if smart enough to understand the reason.
How can the Auditor be so firm in his convictions and not fight to the very end? What has he heard about county jail that has him so terrified? What a real Cupcake!!😅
@@phenomfacemob1011They should keep their hair cut cover tattoos and act professionally. They are public servant's and should look respectful while on the job.
Every level messed up in this situation. The USPS employees, to the supervisors, to the 911 dispatch and the police officers. The sergeant only told you you weren't trespassed anymore to save himself from a lawsuit. He more than likely told them to close down the post office. I would request the sergeants body cam to see what he said
@@eduardopena5893 God forbid they would have the skills of an eighth grader to hold a pen properly and be able to write a single paragraph. I mean its only a legal document.
My new favorite channel on RU-vid even though I'm not American I love what you do every country needs a guy who stands up for people's rights 🇸🇪♥️🇺🇲Embarrassing when a Swede can post it seven but not one who works in the post office The female police officer is incredibly rude, looks like she's going to fall asleep at any moment
You need to put the information for the places you audit and the police departments that respond so us members of the public can either call with complaints on the tyrants or with complements for the good officers! We can’t help hold these people accountable if we don’t know who exactly to contact!!
Yeah, at the end of his tape here when he asked for the females identification name and ID badge number, she says, can’t you read multiple times instead of just giving it to him and she had a cocky attitude while she’s covering it up with her arm so if he steps close to her to try to read it, she’s gonna flip out on him and act like he was trying to attack her. This crap has happened. And assuming intention so that you can claim to be a victim is standard operating procedure for cops
Let one person talk at a time means that after the supervisor talks, the auditor gets to talk. The officer making judgements after hearing one side is the problem
@@RenzoNupe I back all in compliance with the OATH, ABIDING THE LAWS. Dress code with appearance is a must.. I'm old school, my nurse's uniforms were pressed to the Max- not a hair outta place. Just saying✔️
I lived in Florida for 2 years. People seemed very arrogant and rude to me. As a Christian whos job it is to spread the Word, I was very proud of you for stating the fact that "we ARE all brother's in Jesus Name", and with that he agreed with you and knew it to be so. And THAT'S why we do what we do. Thank you brother for another awesome video.
once you got to the supervisor, you should've made a simple explanation of what happened and asked him to follow you to the rule board, and watch the video. You over explained, and started jumping around, wich makes it hard to follow your side of the complaint. Remember he just got there, treat it like its a new investigation.
Nope!! It is AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL to be a part of the law enforcement family. Whenever ALL people need help they call us FIRST and we do all we can to help everyone. There has to be a more constructive way to get the auditors concerns addressed instead of an aggressive combative way that is being taken.
Allen has SUCH distain for the public. Wow. Look how she just slumps over and gives attitude to law abiding citizens asking simple questions. “Family Matters” huh Allen? Then rep your family and dept with a bit of pride & professionalism or give up the badge.
Guys I filmed with Mr america here in Alaska and I can tell you he is so nice and respectful and is a beast for our right to film in public I canonly hope to articulate like that when im auditing THANK YOU MR AMERICA !
That usps supervisor should be fired and as always cops arrive and immediately assume you are guilty before talking to anybody, keep holding these tyrants to account.
The only thing worse than the postal supervisor is the first two cops had totally bad attitudes. The woman cop deserves at minimum a week's suspension. The Sargeant bailed them out but i highly doubt filing a complaint with him would have gone anywhere.
Facts, this guy has more diarrhea of the mouth than the cops do Copsplaining! I'm convinced he does at least 2 lines before he performs an audit because he is all over the place in incoherent, "Brother"
For the love of God, Stop calling ppl Brother & Bro! Those two cop's were a perfect example of the disconnect in this country. Those two will never bridge the gap. They're a liability.
All these cops need to be educated about every single amendment that our constitution represents. We are United States, we are Americans, we are freedom. We're one amendment. There's a reason why it's number one. Because we will speak our mind, God bless what you do. Keep doing what you doing and these police officers need to be retrained as well.❤
The black female officer did nothing but escalate the situation from the time she got there. Black woman in our government are a much bigger problem than our southern border IMHO. Thanx for what you do Patriot.
All of them, huh? So you think the tiny number of Black women working in government, compared to the number of white women, for example, are a BIGGER problem than what's happening at our border? Please explain, I'm dying to hear this erudite thesis backed with evidence.
With cops that look and act like those two it’s best to stay out of that town, cause it seems they are scraping the bottom of the street barrel for officers.
For sure, Gainesville FL is a violent thuggy place. And most of the police there act that way. And I'm saying that while being a person that has no criminal background. I'm not saying that because I got caught doing stuff and hold something against them for that.
Apparently when you get hired by the USPS, they do NOT Include any training on Poster 7. When I was in the Navy I worked pretty closely with government public information officials, so a couple of years ago I got in touch with the USPS Public Affairs Officer to ask about Poster 7. The guy kinda latched onto the language in the part where it says that "other photographs may be taken only with the permission of the local Postmaster..." without reading the context that it meant that the Postmaster could grant permission for someone to photograph in areas of the post office where the general public WASN'T normally allowed. When I got that response back in the email, I thought for a moment about making this point to him, but rejected it because I knew he wouldn't listen. Clearly, they don't want anyone filming in the post office, so I have no idea why they even include the section about public photography in the first place.
Too bad for them.... We should be able to record in ALL of our gov't buildings, state AND federal period! How do we have checks and balances when we don't have checks and balances?!?
Also, if the post office was built in the 1940’s or before (can’t remember the exact year). The police have no jurisdiction in those post offices, only DHS.
