The Crazy Horse Memorial is home to the largest stone carving in the world. The carving began in 1948 and has been in progress for 75 years! It depicts Oglala Lakota warrior, Crazy Horse overlooking the land of his people. It is an important part of this nation’s history and an amazing sight to see.
