Just let me use the bathroom quick and we'll get right to it!" Once inside, get the attention of EVERYONE. "Hey! HEY! Yeah you should probably go outside... Yeah... They are ALL topless. ALL OF THEM." You get off Scott free, and you did the right thing by NOT joining them- and immediately afterwards use the bathroom for like 5-10 minutes; You don't have to go, just stay there, and the commotion will have blown over by then or you can play the 'Nice-guy-victimised' role. Smooth.
